Located in the far south of France in the quiet back-country of Côte d´Azur, but not far from popular beaches and lively tourist centres. The house is located on a 2,000 m² garden property with Mediterranean plants, palms and exotic rarities with a view of the surrounding mountains. It is 3 minutes from the Main street (RN), it is about a 5 minute drive to places to shop (supermarket, bakery, chemist, restaurants etc.). The villa is suitable for up to 6 adults and 2 children (baby bed upon request). It has 4 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, an extra WC, a large living/dining room with fireplace, satellite television with hundreds of channels, some multi-lingual, a large, fully-equipped kitchen (with gas cooker, oven, microwave oven, coffee and espresso maker, dishwasher etc.), laundry room and machine, double garage, veranda, terraces, grill, play ground... Babysitting and cleaning services upon request.

The house is located in a dominantly, full sun area with a view of the picturesque mountains of the Provence (castle ruins nearby) and the lovely village. Hyères and the Giens peninsula are easy and quick to get to by car.
