Lovely apartment in central Munich

Werner, the owner, speaks good English and we had no problems as English renters. The apartment is well fitted out, with all the kitchen equipment that you would want and a supermarket next door. It is a good size with a lovely modern bathroom, big TV, comfortable bed and good internet connection . There is a very pleasant beer garden in a park about 5-10 mins walk away and the nearest U-bahn is on the corner of the street. The museum area is within walking distance. We found this to be an ideal base to explore a fascinating city. It is near the main station, from where we were easily able to arange a coach trip to Neuschwanstein castle. I would reccomend this apartment.

it's a very nice apartment, very light and and confortably furnished. walking distance to Munich center, a lot of facilities (supermarket, U-bahn stop) at a stone's throw.

Wohnung besticht durch Ihre Lage - 5 Gehminuten zum Stachus. Alles sehr sauber gut/zweckmässig eingerichtet. Vermietung und Kontakt war zuverlässig und unkompliziert.

Wir können die Wohnung ohne grosse Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Apartement, Gute Lage, Netter Kontakt

Das Apartement liegt sehr günstig im Zentrum Münchens, viele interessante, erlaufbare Ziele und gute Anbindung an den Personennahverkehr. Viele gute Lokale/Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt zwei gleiche Apartements, eines davon (dieses hatten wir) ist definitiv sehr ruhig. Das Apartement ist sehr neu, sehr schön eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht zzgl. gute Internetanbindung. Die Tiefgarage ist nur für PKWs niedrigerer Bauhöhe geeignet (Duplex Garage), ist aber kein Riesenbeinbruch, denn um die Ecke ist ein Hotel-Parkhaus (13,-- € / Nacht(24Std?)).
Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen nett, hervorragend vorbereitet und wir fühlten uns allerbestens aufgehoben. Ein kleines Manko hätten wir da noch: Es ist nicht das beste Schlaferlebnis, wenn sich zwei Erwachsene die Schlafcouch des Wohnzimmers teilen - aber wer will in München schon schlafen? Wir werden das Apartement jederzeit gerne wieder buchen und auch (fast) uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Owner's Response: Ich bin für jeden Tip der zur Optimierung meiner FeWos beiträgt dankbar. Die Schlafcouch wird ausgetauscht. Die Liegefläche beträgt dann 160x200 cm.
