Mitten in der Pampa. Mittendrin im herrlichen Land zwischen Hamburg und Schwerin, liegt der Schaalsee, und unweit des Schaalsees, im Storchenland, dort liegt Luckwitz. Und in Luckwitz liegt dieser Landsitz.
Grün, Ruhe, Stille, alte Mauern, geräumige Badezimmer und Wind, der einem nach dem Aufwachen durch das Fenster um die Nase weht und von keinem Geräusch von nichts und gar nichts weit und breit gestört wird.
Wem wie uns das Geräusch des Windes in drei großen Pappeln das liebste ist, was man ihm am Wochenende antun kann, der ziehe bitte in Betracht, ein paar Tage aus diesem Landsitz zu verbringen.
