The 160 m² villa has a heated indoor-pool, several quiet terraces (sun terraces) and a terrace especially for children with a large trampoline. Grilling area. Out-door kitchen provided. Four air conditioners. Fireplace, German satellite television, exercise room, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee/espresso maker, bread machine, microwave oven etc. Playroom for children. Two bedrooms with bathroom en suite. A guest WC, winter/summer living room, WLAN, 104 cm plasma television, separate office, 2 balconies, bar in living room (ideal for parties).

The villa is located in Costa de la Calma in the southwest of Majorca between Palma de Mallorca and Port de Andratx. Costa de la Calma is located near the modern holiday centre Santa Ponça in the direction of Paguera. The promotionally effective name 'Costa de la Calma' indicates a well-maintained residential area. The coast is made up of rocky cliffs and small swimming coves. An extensive, hilled back-country is inviting for long strolls. The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the main street. A small swimming cove is about 400 m away, and the large Santa Ponça cove with a beautiful sand beach is within walking distance.
