Fantastic stone finca on a hill near Porreres (middle of the island) with distant view and surrounding terrace. The pool (8 x 4) with Roman steps, the outdoor shower and the generous terrace aid relaxation and calm. A porch (covered terrace) is situated right in front of the kitchen with a lovely distant view of Porreres and the Levant mountain range. Outdoor loudspeakers make for chilled-out evenings. The other porch is situated by the pool and also has outdoor loudspeakers. The open kitchen with American fridge and 5-plate gas cooker are just waiting for you. The kitchen is fully equipped (inc. dishwasher). One bedroom with en-suite shower room, one bedroom with separate bathroom with bath and bidet. Built-in wardrobes with hangers are provided. Reception for German TV/Radio. A fireplace adds to the atmosphere. There are books and games at your disposal. Winterproof! Underfloor heating throughout!

Car: necessary
Porreres is dependant on tourism (in summer and winter) but still lively. It’s great to discuss the day’s events over a coffee or a glass of wine in the gorgeous square, or go to Tuesday’s weekly market. It has all shops for daily needs such as supermarket, pharmacy and news agent etc. You can get to know all the lovely towns in the middle of the island because it’s so central, just 20 minutes to Palma, 20 minutes to Es Trenc natural beaches. They have gorgeous markets and marketplaces. Its central position and good roads make this finca the ideal place to explore the whole island. The nearest towns to Porreres are Montuiri (5 km) and Campos (7 km). The Orchidea Pearl Outlet is situated 5 minutes away by car. Porreres at dusk or at night is wonderful, and you must see our illuminated churches. A piece of paradise.

  • Weekly price inc. pool service, towels (no beach towels) and bed linen, electricity, water, central heating, gas. Final cleaning of € 110.00 is not included. It will be taken from the breakages deposit. On arrival each booking is required to provide a breakages deposit in cash of Euro 300.00 (receipt provided). This will be returned after the holiday (minus final cleaning), if there are no damages. Payment as follows: 30% on booking (reserved after first payment), remaining 70 % at the latest 4 weeks before arrival or by arrangement, payable by bank transfer. Keys only after receipt of payment. Keys on arrival. Further cleaning and change of towels for additional fee.

Ein wundervoller Wohlfühlurlaub mit tollem Komfort , ruhig und trotzdem zentral um die Insel erobern zu können.Eigener Pool,großzügiges Gelände und flache tolle Strände (esTrenc) ,nette Orte (Santanyi ) laden zur Erholung ein. Es hat uns Vier (7,16,2x42) ausgezeichnet gefallen, wir können die Finca gerade mit größeren Kindern sehr empfehlen. Besonders schön sind Hörbuch-Abende auf der Terrasse bei Kerzenschein und Knabbereien.

Wunderschönes Haus, tolle Lage, bestens Ausgestattet. Wir haben uns fast wie zuhause gefühlt. (Nach 4 Wochen, war es eigentlich schon unser zuhause). Wir vermissen den Ausblick schon sehr und hoffen das wir es in näherer Zukunft nocheinmal schaffen werden ein paar Tage oder Wochen auf der Finca zu verbringen.

"Wir haben im Juli Urlaub in dieser Finca verbracht. Porerres lieben wir und freuen uns nun, ein Domizil gefunden zu haben, das so liegt, dass man den ganzen Ort zu Füßen hat. Die Betreuung vor Ort funktioniert unkompliziert, das Haus ist wohnlich gestaltet, die Küche gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr bequem, also alles ist so, dass man sich wirklich wohlfühlen kann. Wundervoll auch, dass man Musik draußen hören kann. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und hoffen im nächsten Sommer wieder dort eine ruhige Zeit verbringen zu können."

Erste Sahne

Im Juli 2009 haben wir mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern für zwei Wochen in der Finca Almendros Urlaub gemacht und waren vollauf begeistert. Durch die ruhige Lage lässt sich das eigentliche Mallorca erst richtig geniessen. Den traumhaften Pool haben wir tagsüber und bis spät in die Nacht genutzt. Die zentrale Lage mitten auf der Insel mit fast direkter Anbindung an die Schnellverkehrsstrasse M15 macht fast jeden Punkt der Insel innerhalb überschaubarer Zeit erreichbar. So haben wir neben der Finca auch die unterschiedlichsten Strände gesehen und haben auch viele kleinere Städte besucht. Auch Palma ist so nahe, dass es sich selbst für einen Abend lohnt einen Ausflug dorthin zu machen.

Die Ausstattung der Finca ist tadellos und wir waren mit allem absolut zufrieden.

Traumurlaub in Traumfinca

4 Erwachsene verlebten eine traumhafte Woche in der Natursteinfinca bei Porreres. Die Finca liegt strategisch günstig in der Inselmitte. Von dort aus können alle interessanten Ausflugsziele problemlos erreicht werden - vorausgesetzt, man hat ein Auto. Das Haus selbst entspricht voll u. ganz der Beschreibung. Alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien u. sogar noch mehr sind ausreichend vorhanden. Alle Zimmer und auch der Aussenbereich waren sehr sauber u. geschmackvoll eingerichtet bzw. ausgestattet. Die Hausübergabe und Abnahme waren problemlos u. völlig stressfrei. Wir können es nur empfehlen und haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Gerne mal wieder !!
