This beautiful estate is located on a 15,000 m² property with almond trees, palms, plants and a lawn. It has internet access as well. The house is over 150 years old and had recently be lovingly renovated by the owners. 230 m² living space. 4 double bedrooms all with bathroom en suite, an open extra room with sleeper sofa. There is a living room with satellite television (plasma), radio with CD player, 1 guest WC, 1 double bedroom with bathroom en suite (tub), dining room with open pleasant kitchen with large refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, oven and dishwasher on the ground floor. 5 hob ceramic cooker top with touch control. Dishes, toaster, coffee maker etc. There are stairs to the top floor, with 3 additional double bedrooms, all with bathroom en suite (shower), 2 bedrooms with private terrace and beautiful view of the mountains and ocean. Large pool (12.5 x 5.5 m) accessible by stairs, pool shower. There is a grill outside.

It is about 12 km from the famous little town of Artá with its little restaurants and pubs. Both fruit and vegetables, crafts and jewellery from the region are sold at an especially beautiful market every Tuesday. It is worth a visit!

Wunderbare Finca

wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Finca Antiona mehr als genossen. Das Haus, der Pool, die Großzügigkeit der Räume und des Grundstücks - einfach bezaubernd. Alles sehr gepflegt und praktisch/wohnlich eingerichtet. Vermieter & Sohn waren reizende Gastgeber, haben gern mit uns ein Glas Wein getrunken und gaben prima Tipps für gutes Essen (so haben sie uns z.B. ein Spanferkel und eine Paella direkt in die Finca bringen lassen.
Wir werden uns noch sehr, sehr lange an diese schönen Wochen erinnern.

Entspannender Urlaub in einer Traumfinca

Die Finca begeisterte uns beim ersten Anblick, sie hielt, was die Bilder im Internet versprachen. Wir hatten sofort das Gefühl angekommen zu sein, alles war perfekter Pool, die Ausstattung der Zimmer und der Küche. Am meisten haben wir den Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse genossen, nach einem spanischen Grillabend. Antonia war immer ansprechbar, es mangelte an nichts, frische Handtücher und Bettwasche waren mindestens 1x die Woche selbstverständlich.
Kleine Anregungen: Ein oder zwei Weinkühler würden zum zusätzlichen Kühlschrank passen ;-) Ebenso fehlte ein zweites Schneidebrett und vielleicht acht Schnapsgläschen wären nicht schlecht.

Schöner geht es kaum!

Wir hatten zu 7 Freundinnen für eine Woche die Finca gebucht. Es war ein Traum! Das Haus ist wunderschön und besonders die Bäder sind hochwertig ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist völlig uneinsehbar, somit ist eine absolute Privatssphäre gewährleistet. Wir haben tagsüber am wunderschönen Pool gelegen und abends von der Terrasse aus den tollen Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer und den Bergen genossen! Nachts ist es kühl im Haus. Man hört nichts ausser dem Zirpen der Grillen und hin und wieder blökende Schafe. Antonia und ihr Mann sind ganz reizende Menschen, die bei Fragen stets hilfsbereit zur Stelle waren. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub auf einer der schönsten Inseln Spaniens! Zu den Fotos sei angemerkt, dass die Bilder vom Pool nicht ganz der Wirklichkeit entsprechen. Mittlerweile ist der ganze Bereiche geschmackvoll bepflanzt und mit weißen Kieselsteinen verziert. Also viel schöner!

Die Finca war ein Traum, nach 3,5 Wochen wollten wir "unser" Haus eigentlich nicht wieder hergeben. Sie haben uns nicht zu viel versprochen, 1000 Dank für alles, wir haben auch schon viel Werbung gemacht
