Summary of the villa, 1 bedroom, sleeps 4

The house is in typical Tuscan style, with beamed roofing and decorated by local craftsmen, equipped with a spacious barbecue area and external seating area for the summer. Upon entering you find a spacious living room with a comfortable kitchen to the right, comprising of dishwasher, oven, a large refrigerator and everything necessary for cooking. In the centre, two convenient and practical sofa beds, fireplace and satellite television. Between the living room and master bedroom, you have a dressing area with wardrobe, laundry area and shoe storage. High quality linen is provided. On the right is the spacious and comfortable bathroom with a large sink, mirrored units and a huge box-shower. The garden leads to a wide porch, where in addition to the barbecue area there are two stoves, a convenient sink and wicker table and chairs for dining outdoors.50 metres along a small path between the houses of the village, we come to the pool (15 metres X 8 metres) which is equipped with umbrellas

Both are ideal points of departure for cycling and trekking trips. The house is located in a strategic position from which you can visit some of the most beautiful and famous places in the area, you find Bolgheri with the Avenue of the Cipressi, Volterra and San Gimignano, Colle di Val d'Elsa and Siena, the beautiful St. Vincenzo, the Gulf of Baratti, the wonderful Etruscan village Populonia, the spas of Calidario Venturina. For sea lovers, just 12km away and in a short space of time you can reach one of the best and most beautiful areas of the Tuscan Coast: the award-winning Coast of the Etruscans with its famous beaches such as the Gulf of Baratti, Buca of Fate, the Carbonifere and many more.
