The apartment was built for own use in 2007, but cannot use it for self now. The standard of the furnishings is high. All modern and tastefully as well as practically set-up. Bathroom has a tub and washing machine. The apartment is on the access road to the Puerto de Alcudia harbour but is facing the ocean so that there is hardly any traffic noise. There is a lawn in front of the balcony that can be used for playing or relaxing. The residential street in front of that does not have much traffic. On this quiet street, you can reach the white sand beach of Alcudia bay in 2 minutes. You can walk on the promenade or along the main street of Puerto de Alcudia to find all of the gastronomical delights of the area. There are places near the apartment to shop for daily necessities. The supermarket is across the street.

The apartment is in 'Puerto de Alcudia'. Only about 300 m from the beach. Alcudia is characterised by its diverse offerings of both cultural places of interest and tourist activities. There are plenty of recreational activities, also historical legacy like the nearby archaeological sites as well as the Old Town. Since the apartment is in a residential area, the renter can get away from it all without looking back. The harbour panorama and/or mountain panorama leaves an unforgettable visual impression.

Wir waren Ende September mit unserer Tochter (1 Jahr) in dieser Wohnung und mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Alles ist in bestem Zustand und sehr sauber - vor allem in der Küche findet man alles, was man zum Kochen und Essen braucht (ausreichend Töpfe, Auflaufformen, Löffel, sogar Spülmittel ;-)....). Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Einkaufen ist perfekt. Es ist schon so, dass die Wohnung hellhörig ist und man die Autos von der Hauptstraße hört, aber es ist innerhalb der Wohnung gut gelöst, so dass man nachts ziemlich Ruhe hat. Wer nicht die unbedingte Stille zum Schlafen braucht, wird sich nicht gestört fühlen! Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich, die Übergabe hat auch einwandfrei geklappt.
Wir würden wieder kommen.

Ich war im Juni 2009 dort mit 2 Erwachsenen u. 1 Kind 2 Jahre.
Der Kontakt vor, während und nach dem Urlaub mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich, einfach, unkompliziert und sehr hilfreich. Wir
bekamen Tipps ,dürften von der Uhrzeit später abreisen weil wir
einen späten Flug hatten und bekamen vergessene Sachen aus
der Wohnung nachgeschickt. Die Lage der Wohnung fanden wir
ideal, zum Strand 3 Minuten , zum Supermarkt ebensowenig km.
Die Wohnung selber war komfortabel, modern, neuwertig und mit
allen Bequemlichkeiten ( Sat TV, DVD, Musik, Toaster, Kaffem.,
Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine ) ausgestattet, auch die Räumlichkeiten von der Größe ließen keine Wünsche offen. Zum Thema Lärm : Nur wenn man sich in der Küche aufhält für die kurze Zeit zum kochen hört man Autos vorbeifahren, alle anderen Räume sind zur Rückseite ausgerichtet die gelegentlich von Touristen mit Pferdekutschen auf genutzt werden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden Sie jedem weiterempfehlen

Herrlicher Strand und tolle Wohnung

Wir, zwei Seniorinnen, waren Ende September zu zweit in der Wohnung und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der herrliche Strand mit der nicht enden wollenden Promenade hat uns immer wieder fasziniert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das einzige, was uns ein wenig Probleme gemacht hat , ist die Tatsache, dass es keine Dusche mit flachem Einstieg gibt, sondern wir zum Duschen in eine Badewanne steigen mussten. Ansonsten war alles sehr schön. Die Kaffeemaschine hat funktioniert und überhaupt ist die ganze Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Wie die ganze Wohnung auch. Es gab sogar deutsches Fernsehen. Der Vermieter war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

genialer Strandurlaub mit Kindern

Die ganze Familie hat sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn die Kinder nach dem Tag am Strand noch nicht völlig platt waren, konnten sie auf der großen Rasenfläche vor dem Balkon die letzte überschüssige Energie mit Nachbarskindern austoben, während wir uns entspannen konnten. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, die gesamte Einrichtung ist hochwertig, als neu zu bezeichnen. Selten haben wir in so guten Betten geschlafen. Da die Wohnung zur Nebenstraße ausgerichtet ist, haben wir auch den Verkehr vor dem Haus kaum wahrgenommen. Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs waren direkt gegenüber oder ein paar hundert Meter weiter zu erhalten. Den Mietwagen hätten wir uns sparen können. Die Bewertungen über Lärmbelästigung können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir den nächsten Strandurlaub machen wollen.

Wir waren im Oktober 08 für 8 Tage in dieser Wohnung und haben sie sehr sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war angenehm. Leider müssen auch wir betonen, dass es sehr laut war. Dabei haben die Geräusche der Straße am wenigsten gestört. Die Hellhörogkeit innerhalb des Gebäudes war teilweise kaum zu ertragen. Nach wie vor gab es eine Familie mit Kind über der Wohnung, die weit nach 24 Uhr hustend vor dem viel zu lauten Fernseher verbrachte. Leider haben wir uns erst in der letzten Nacht beschwert, denn danach war Ruhe. Empfehlenswert ist diese Wohnung daher nicht für Ruhe suchende sondern eher für Nachtaktive.
