The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house and is located in a quiet residential area (San Luis) with a view of the salt lake. The apartment has a private entrance. The bedroom has a 1.50 m wide bed, two night stands and a closet, linens incl. There is a terrace off the bedroom with a table, chairs, umbrella and sun bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa for an extra person, satellite television, radio, dining table and kitchenette with washing machine, microwave oven, coffee maker, water cooker, toaster, 4 hob elec. cooker, refrigerator and naturally enough dishes. Iron and ironing board are also provided. Bathroom with shower, WC and sink. Towels incl. The apartment has warm/cold air conditioning. A gas stove for the winter. Pool on-site with an outdoor shower is also provided.

Torrevieja is located on the Mediterranean between Alicante and Murcia. The region is famous for its very good healthy climate, which is especially good for asthma, rheumatism and bronchial illnesses as well as psoriasis. Torrevieja is the ideal holiday area with kilometre-long beaches. Diverse restaurants and numerous recreational activities like cycling, golf, swimming, bowling, clubs, 4-wheeling and go-carting are good changes of pace. Do not forget: Weekly markets, trips to the Fortuna thermal spas, the sand dune beach of Guardemar or the palm city of Elche (largest palm grove in Europe, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO). Torrevieja is located between the Mediterranean and 2 salt lakes, the Torrevieja lagoon and La Mata. The state of Valencia has categorised the Salinen as nature reserves. The villages in the back-country of Vega Baja can be explored from Torrevieja. Supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl, Consum, Carrefour and Aldi) are nearby.

...werden wir einen Pauschalurlaub buchen - so etwas Gutes wie diese Wohnung findet man so schnell nicht wieder!!!
Die Wohnung, Garten und Pool waren in einem absolut TOP-Zustand, sowohl was Sauberkeit, aber auch Einrichtung (auch wenn der Kühlschrank bei grosser Wärme vielleicht ein wenig zu klein ist) betrifft. Vermieter immer ansprechbar, zuvorkommend und äusserst hilfsbereit - inclusive Bastelstunden für unsere kleine Tochter...:-) - so etwas findet man im heutigen Reisemarkt nur äusserst selten - somit ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut TOP und wohl kaum zu übertreffen!! Und auch den hier bereits mehrfach erwähnten Kuchen werden wir sehr vermissen....:-)
Aufgrund der umfangreichen Informationen in der Wohnung selbst, haben wir schnell ansprechende und sehr preiswerte (auch deutsche) Restaurants und Supermärkte gefunden, wo man alles Notwendige bekam und nicht erst lange suchen musste. Das galt auch für den Strand in La Zenia (Tip des Vermieters) - sauber, preiswert und ideal auch für Kinder, aber auch für den Mietwagen von "Dickmann´s Car" (Tip des Vermieters), wo die Abwicklung absolut professionell und zuvorkommend war - können wir nur sehr empfehlen!!!

Fazit - ein absolut erholsamer und angenehmer Urlaub, der unsere Erwartungen weit, weit übertroffen und uns dazu veranlasst hat, bereits unseren Urlaub 2010 direkt vor Ort zu buchen. Nochmals ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Moni und Walter, ganz besonders von Sabrina, für diesen tollen Urlaub und wir können und werden Euch nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen!!

Wir waren im Juli 2009 bei Monika und Walter und waren wirklich begeistert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, so wie die ganze Anlage. Alles wichtige ist vorhanden. Der Pool war der Anziehungspunkt der Kids. Es war ein richtiger erholsamer Urlaub. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Auch kam der leckere Kuchen besonders gut ei den Kinden an. Vielen Dank nochmals.

Abschalten und relaxen

Die Wohnung übertraf die Beschreibung, war gemütlich wie zuhause. Sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe ausgestattet. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter war von der Anfrage bis zur Abreise top, von den guten Kuchen, die uns von den Vorgängern schon angekündigt waren, ganz zu schweigen.
Die Wohnung kann man jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
Wie werden bestimmt auch mal wieder zurückkommen.

Von uns gibt es vorab schon einmal eine sehr positive Bewertung für die absolut vorbildliche Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters zu einem Zeitpunkt, wo noch gar nicht klar war, ob wir überhaupt dort buchen - das ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit!!! So macht die Urlaubsplanung bereits im Vorfeld Freude und wir sind sicher, dass wir mit unserer Buchung die richtige Entscheidung getroffen haben und freuen uns auf den Aufenthalt!

Auch wir haben uns bei unserem Urlaub hier sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung sauber und gepflegt und all das hat dazu beigetragen, das wir einen schönen, erholsamen Weihnachtsurlaub erleben durften, der uns den Alltagsstress zuhause vergessen ließ.
