Rent the entire newly built villa (260 m²) or 2 apartments separately. The ground floor is 120 m², the top floor is 88 m². The price stated is for the 80 m² apartment on the top floor: 4 beds, 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, living room and 2 huge terraces, shower and separate WC. GF: 4 beds, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with corner tubs and separate shower, American kitchen, large drawing room, patio. Large driveway for 4 cars. Large pool terrace in a 1200 m² tropical garden. There is a golf course 1.5 km away. The apartments are provided with suitable garden furniture - chairs and sun beds.

Wir, mein Mann und ich, haben im Sommer 2009 einen wunderschönen und sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung in Costa Tequise verbracht. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen, exklusiven Wohngegend, umgeben von einem großen Kakteengarten. Die Wohnungen sind hervorragend ausgestattet. Insbesondere die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight ist der Privat-Pool und die weitläufige Terrasse. Täglich haben wir dort die Abendsonne genossen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern und dem ansässigen Verwalter war äußerst herzlich. Bei Fragen und Wünschen haben sie stets weitergeholfen. Ein nochmaliger Urlaub in diesem reizvollen Ambiente ist sicher! Absolut empfehlenswert!
