A well-maintained summer holiday house in Sardinia. From September to June the house is occupied by the owners, so it is only available to rent in July and August when the owners are away. The ground floor contains a living room/dining room with a TV, kitchen with dishwasher, small bathroom with washing machine, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom. The first floor (attic) contains an additional bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. The living room has access to a covered veranda in the garden with seating, table and barbecue. The house is only 50 m from Stella di Mare beach. In the town there is a supermarket and tennis courts (for a fee). This detached house includes a small, separate apartment where another couple lives all year (but completely independent from you).
