The semi detached house is between Capdepera and Cala Ratjada, only 3 min. be car from the nice sand beach 'Son Moll' and 10 Min. from the 'Cala Agulla' beach. The house is modern and comfortable. On the ground floor are the kitchen, living and diningroom and a 40 m2 terrace. On the first floor you can find 2 bedrooms and the bathroom with bath. And on the top a big roof terrace with view to the mountains and sea. To the city and the shop be car you need 3. minutes.

Einfach nur klasse!

Wir kamen wegen einer Flugverspätung mitten in der Nacht dort an. Der Vermieter war direkt vor Ort und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles in aller Ruhe gezeigt und erklärt. Die Wohnung ist erstklassig, es fehlt an nichts, man kann sofort seinen Urlaub geniessen. Auch die Terrassen sind sehr groß und für ausgiebige Essen bestens geeignet. In der Küche und in der Waschküche ist alles was das Frauenherz begeehrt.
Der Vermieter steht einem zu jeder Tag und Nachtzeit mit hervorragendem deutsch zur Verfügung. Gibt Tips für alle Situationen, wir haben ihn sofort in unser Herz geschlossen.
Fazit: Wir kommen garantiert wieder, der nächste Urlaub dort wird schon geplant!!

Wir können dieses Haus nur sehr empfehlen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Weiterhin ist das Objekt in einer ruhigen Gegend und der Strand ist auch nicht zu weit entfernt.
Ein Highlight ist der gut sortierte Supermarkt in der direkten Nachbarschaft.

Wir können uns nur den Beschreibungen unserer Vormieter anschließen. Es war alles zur vollen Zufriedenheit. Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Eigentümer in Empfang genommen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Einrichtung war für 5 Personen bequem und ausgezeichnet. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeit in wenigen Minuten vor Ort war optimal. Die verschiedenen Buchten sind bequem mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Wir haben die Ruhe, das Haus und den tollen Pool sehr genossen und freuen uns auf einen neuen Besuch in dieser tollen Umgebung.
Owner's Response: Ich kann nur sagen, DANKE. Es ist immer wieder toll so nette und zufriedene Mieter zu haben. Wir versuchen auch es allen so schön als möglich zu machen für die wichtigsten Wochen des Jahres.

Einfach klasse

Ein total gelungener Urlaub, in einem super Ferienhaus.
Es ist wirklich ausreichend Platz, sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Zum Son Moll Strand kann man auch bequem laufen ( ca. 20-30min. in sehr langsamen Tempo). Zwei Häuser weiter befindet sich gleich ein Eroski- Einkaufsmarkt und 5min. zu Fuß ist ein Lidl. Nach Cala Ratjada sind es ungefähr 15 -20min. zu Fuß. Man kann also alles in der Umgebung bequem zu Fuß erreichen.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sollte es an irgendwas fehlen kann man ihn auch Tag und Nacht anrufen.
Unser Hund fühlte sich auch gleich pudelwohl und hat jeden Tag die Liege auf der Terasse für sich in Anspruch genommen. Wir sind nun schon das 4. Mal auf Mallorca gewesen und entdecken jedesmal neue schöne Fleckchen. Das heißt für uns wir werden nicht das letzte Mal dagewesen sein.
Alles in allem vergeben wir volle 100 Punkte und wir werden uns mit Sicherheit wiedersehen.
