wir haben im Mai/Juni 09 die Villa Bella Rosa für 6 Wochen gemietet. Das Haus und Grundstück, sowie der Pool sind sehr gepflegt, hochwertig und mit der Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, mit allem was man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Beschreibung und Bilder im Internet geben absolut korrekt das wieder, was man vor Ort findet. Die Lage ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Shopping aller Art. Es war eine tolle Zeit, 2010 kommen wir wieder

Sehr gutes Haus

Wir sind eine Familie mit drei Kindern und haben das Haus, die Ausstattung und die Aufteilung drei Wochen lang sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und topp in Schuss. Die Zimmer mit ihren Badezimmern liegen so getrennt, dass jeder seinen Rückzugsbereich hatte. Dadurch eignet sich das Haus auch für Urlaub mit Freunden.

Der Pool ist Klasse und hat nicht nur den Kindern Spaß gemacht.

Vom Haus aus ist man in kürzester Zeit "downtown". Sanibel Island, Captiva, Ft. Myers Beach und der Golf von Mexiko liegen direkt vor der Haustür. Orlando, Tampa, die Everglades und Naples sind sehr gut mir dem Auto erreichbar, haben wir alles selbst gemacht.

In Ft. Myers sollte man sich die "Edison & Ford Winter Estates" anschauen und auf Sanibel im J. N. "Ding" Darling Park unbedingt eine oder mehre Touren in Tarpon Bay mitmachen. Die geführte Kajaktour durch die Mangroven hat auch den Kinden (10, 12, 14) sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Und bei der Pontonboot-Tour abends (18:00 Uhr) haben wir neben Vögeln und Delfinen auch mehrere Manatees (Seekühe) gesehen, davon ein Tier direkt am Boot!

Fazit: Unbedingt empfehlenswert! Wir haben unsere Freunde bereits mit den Hausunterlagen versorgt :-)
