This generous 55 sq.m. apartment is located in the so-called 'salon' of Porto Maurizio, where Imperia is at its best. Right in the middle of the palm-lined pedestrian zone, surrounded by cafes, small grocery stores and all kinds of boutiques, and yet less than 10 minutes on foot to the beach so you can give your car a holiday too. The old town is just around the corner, the weekly market in front of your door and there's a glass lift to take you down to the harbour and its restaurants, fine sandy beaches and unforgettable atmosphere. The pedestrian zone leads you straight into an imposing palazzo entrance where you'll find this 1930s apartment. A cosy living room (3 beds), a bedroom with a double bed and a well equipped kitchen, all beautifully decorated with wonderful mosaic floors for first class comfort. All windows in the apartment face into the peaceful garden.

Modern Porto Maurizio contains the mediaeval Parrasio site, the ancient town Acropolis on the promontory and the marina, which used to belong to fishermen but nowadays serves as a sportsharbour. A short walk along the coast brings you to Foce, an attractive little fishing village with tiny beaches, restaurants and little shops. The distance from the apartment to the beach is a few minutes on foot or via the lift.
