This is a villa/chalet in a quiet part of Cala Figuera, 80 m to the steep coast with view of Cabrera, sea view from the veranda and generous roof terrace with loungers. The house was recently completely renovated and has 3 bedrooms, a generous shower bathroom with two wash basins, living/dining room with access to veranda, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, Philips-Café machine with pads, oven etc.), satellite TV, Sony Bravia flat screen, hifi, DVD player, hair dryer, washing machine, iron, portable outdoor grill. Everything is within reach on foot: various restaurants, supermarkets with fresh bread daily, the harbour of Cala Figuera, bicycle hire. The beaches of Cala Santanyi and S'Amarador/Cala Mondragó are only a few minutes away by car or bike. The little town of Santanyi (twice weekly market, various restaurants, bars with live music, shopping) is only 6 km away. *** foryou2009

Ein Haus zu Wohlfühlen

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub 2009 in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder: 8 und 10 Jahre). Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich, Buchungen etc. sehr unkompliziert. Angereist waren wir bereits früh am Morgen, konnten aber unser Gepäck schon im Haus abgeben, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Das Haus ist geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet, hell und geräumig, zum Wohlfühlen. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, und noch vieles mehr...

Mit dem Auto sind alle schönen Badebuchten der Gegend in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen, im Ort selber haben wir keine geeignete Badestelle gefunden (Steilküste).

Die Fotos und die Beschreibung versprechen nicht zu viel, wir können das Haus ungeschränkt für einen schönen Urlaub weiterempfehlen.
Owner's Response: Für mich als Vermieter ist es immer sehr schön zu erfahren, wenn Mieter sich in meinem Haus wohlfühlen und so der Urlaub die Möglickeit gibt die Seele baumeln zu lassen und den Alltag wirklich einmal hinter sich zu lassen.
Es hinterlässt ein schönes Gefühl, wenn die Mieter gern wiederkehren möchten.
Ich heiße Sie recht herzlich Willkommen.........in dem weißen Haus an der Steilküste Cala Figueras.

sehr schönes geschmackvolles Haus, sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet, tolle Lage in der Cala Figuera, zu Fuß alles zu erreichen.

Empfehlenswert das französische Restaurant "petit inglese" mit einfallsreichen Fischgerichten (sorry, dass ich hier ein französisches Restaurant auf Mallorca empfehle, aber das Preisleistungsverhältnis war hier wirklich sehr gut und die Fischrestaurants im Ort haben nicht überzeugt).

Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, die uns erwartet und verabschiedet hat.

Empfehlenswert auch die Wochenmärkte von Santanyi und Felanitx und überhaupt die hübsche Stadt Santanyi.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Hier stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Haus ist schön ruhig gelegen, toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Cala Figueras ist ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
