Photos and Description of this New Golden Mile holiday apartment

This elegantly decorated new appartment is ideally located on the beach between Puerto Banus (Marbella) and Estepona. It is an approx. 45 minute straightforward drive from Malaga. From here you have everything within a short drive at your fingertips. The picturesque town of Ronda(40 mins) or the charmin walkways in the old town of Marbella. Once you have passed through the security gates of the complex, you will land in the generous gardens and Pool area of Terrazas de Costalita. Lounge chairs are provided free of charge on the grassy area that surrounds the Pools. The gardens and grassy are great for kids. Three Pool levels including a seperate Childrens Pool are at your disposal. IN the holiday months the pool cabana serves various refreshments. The beach can be accessed through the front of the complex with a seperate key provided. There are many bars and activities all along the beach. There are too many golf courses to name but at least 10 within 10 minutes drive.

Terrazas de Costalita is an approx. 45 minute straightforward drive from Malaga and lies about equidistant from Puerto Banus and Estepona (10 min). From here you have everything within a short drive at your fingertips. Many Beautiful towns along the coast are only a short drive and perfect day trips for those that need a break from the jet-set port towns. Ronda is approximately 40 minutes drive. The old town of Marbella is approx 20 minutes drive.

In dieser Wohnung und in der Umgebung gibt es alles was man sich für einen gelungenen Urlaub wünscht.Hoffentlich bleibt der sehr gute Standard noch lange erhalten. Die Anlage ringsum ist in einem sehr guten gepflegten Zustand. Bis zum Strand ist es ein Katzensprung. Am Pool ist täglich ein Rettungsschwimmer und die Anlage ist rundum gesichert. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht und vor allem Platz für Familien. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Sehr gute Zusammenarbeit mit den Vermietern, die uns auch während des Urlaubs telefonisch zur Seite standen. Trotz der relativ großen Anlage ist dort ziemlich ruhig und nichts stört.
