It boasts elevator facilities and offers every comfort making it ideal for everyone to have an enjoyable holiday. The apartments are very centrally located from the beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars, ferries, railway station (approx. 15 mins), Town Park and weekly markets; everything is within a walking distance of 2-10 minutes. Hence, we guarantee an enjoyable, unforgettable and a stress-free holiday for both the young and the old. Ideal for your holiday or business trip. A south-east facing terrace (approx. 5.6m x 4.8m) with a view of the lake. Approx. 47 sq m. SERVICE AND FACILITIES INCLUSIVE. A fully equipped kitchen, electric stove with 4 stovetops, dish washer, there is a table with 4 chairs outdoors, a sun-deck and a sun-shade, video intercom, LCD colour TV with satellite reception, washing machine, baking oven with an integrated microwave, small HiFi system with CD, radio and cassettes, hair dryer, weekly change of bed linen, weekly apartment cleaning, parking space without security.

The Residence Giardinetto enjoys a fantastic location with a panoramic view. It lies at the foot of the Grigna-Massiv. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr schön. Eine grosse Terasse mit tollem Blick auf den See ist vorhanden. Etwas schade finde ich immer "Plastikmöbel", aber auch die waren hochwertig. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr gut. Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Sauna oder Freibad sind im Hause nicht vorhanden.

Mandello an sich ist nicht unbedingt ein typischer Urlaubsort. Auch die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Wohngegend, wenn auch ideal gelegen. Bootssteg, Schwimmbad, Park/Spielplatz und auch der Ortskern ist nur wenige Fussschritte entfernt.

Für Kinder gibt es ausser dem Schwimmbad (grober Kiesstrand) und dem Spielplatz sehr wenig. Auch gegenüber Varenna ist der Ort touristisch noch nicht "voll erschlossen", was aber für viele Reisende auch der Reiz ist, direkt unter den "Einheimischen" zu wohnen.

Die Wohnung kann man auf jedem Fall weiter empfehlen.
