A fully equipped kitchen, electric stove with 4 stove tops, dish washer, there is a table with 2 chairs outdoors, video intercom, LCD colour TV with satellite reception, washing machine, baking oven with an integrated microwave, small HiFi system with CD, radio and cassettes, hair dryer, weekly change of bed linen, weekly apartment cleaning, parking space without security.
