This typically Portuguese holiday villa with about 220 square metres living space was finished in 2003. It is fully equipped and partly furbished with antiques. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and Sat TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas as well as an electric cooker, a fridge-freezer, a dish washer and a washing machine. Besides, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate shower room. On the second floor there are two further bedrooms and bathrooms. The garden has about 5000 square metres and is partly landscaped. On the spacious and cosy terrace on the east side of the house you will find plants, a dining table and benches. It also offers space for sun loungers. There is a private swimming pool, measuring 13 x 6 metres and an outdoor garden shower adjacent to the south side of the house.

In the town of Armação de Pera, a nearby holiday resort, you can go shopping round the clock. Diverse restaurants are close by. Also, the water slide park near Lagoa and Alcantarilha is only a few minute’s drive away. In the neighbourhood you will find a riding stable where you can take lessons or go on horse riding excursions.
