Beautiful house with a large batch window in the living room and magnificent view of the small Belt. There is a living room with oven, satellite TV and a dining table, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine, a kitchen with coffee maker, fridge with freezer, freezer, dishwasher, stove and extractor hood, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and another bedroom with a bunk bed. In the outdoor area, you will find a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and barbecue and a garden with lawn. The house includes a garage. Moreover available: clothes dryer and a large freezer. A cot and a children's chair are also available.

Nearest Beach: beach at 25 Metres
The house is situated in a small cottage area near Diernæs. Nearby is also the campsite Vikær with a playground and a mini golf course. To a small but beautiful sandy beach there are only 25 metres from the house. A small grocery store is located on the nearby campsite.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Es hat eine schöne Lage und ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Besonders angenehm war der kurze Weg für unsere Hunde bis zum Strand oder zum "Feldweg". Das Haus liegt abseits des Touristentrubels und es gibt eine Intimsphäre zum Nachbargrundstück. Sehr schön für Kinder oder Hund ist auch die abgeschlossene Terrasse. Durch die relativ kurze Entfernung nach Deutschland ist es kein Problem dort Einkäufe zu tätigen.

Die Angaben bez. Lage war nicht korrekt, Abstand zum Meer eher 250 als 25 m, ansonsten gut ausgestattetes Haus im gepflegten Zustand, absoluter Pluspunkt die niedrigen Heizkosten (Pelletofen). Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und freundlich
