Our holiday house is completely renovated and it stays in the Lord's of Vilamoura. The house has a big propriety and a fantastic swimmingpool. It has also a great fire-pleace and TV, one suite (with a bed), two bedrooms each with their respective beds, one kitchen totally equipped and ready for your cooks. In the front of the house there is the parking space and between the garden and the pool you can delight yourself with a magnific Grill while you catch the summer rays of sun. It is the perfect place to recover from the daily stress. Surrounded by a beautiful view, you can walk into the beach 'Praia da Falésia', that is close to the house near 2km, and take advantage of a wonderful landscape that ends in the sea. However, Vilamoura has also excellent places to visit, such as: the Casino, the Marina, the Cinema and the Golf Course, where you can practice some sport and it is ideal for golf lovers.

Vilamoura is a little and quiet place, in the 60's it was built a big holiday complex that remains until nowadays. It has 1600 hectar of land and 1000 houses, surrounded by luxurious hotels, apartments and Villas. In these ressorts if you want you can find, of course, all the commodities and conditions to practice sport; it has 4 Golf Courses, plenty of Tennis Courses, one school of riding horses and many other things. Our Villa stays in a beautiful pine tree plantation, near the new Hilton Spa Hotel and between the Golf Course 'Pine' and 'The old Course'. In your spare times you can also try to fish and sale in the crystalline waters of Vilamoura beaches. But, if you want to try your luck you could for instance go in the Casino. On the other side, if you want to feel like a real tourist you can enjoy the great bars, restaurants, boutiques and the tipicall portuguese cafés, that Vilamoura has to offer you. There you can take amazing snapshots and buy fantastic souvenirs to your friends

Additional information about rental rates

  • The prices include: gas, electricity, water, sheets, towels and pool maintenance. A non-refundable prepayment of 50% of the total amount is necessary by reservation, the rest amount must be paid before or on the arrival date.
    A cash deposit of 250 € will be held back, for eventual demages during the stay. The amount will be safed from the local responsible and refunded in cash after the final inspection on the departure day.

    During the high season Saturday should be the arrival day. During the other seasons the house can be rent as well on a day by day base.

Golf: Golf paradies of Portugal: Vilamoura offers 5 famous golf courses - Oceânico Victoria, organizer of the Portugal Masters 2007-2009, the Oce^nico Old Course, Oceânico Pinhal, Oceânico Laguna e Oceânico Millennium. 2006 were played in total 214.000 rounds of the 5 wold-class courses in Vilamoura, which are now owend by the Oceânico Group. An important factor for the period 2007-2009 is the organization of the Portugal Masters Tournament. A competition, which promises the Algarve the visit of 50.000 espectators, which would like to see the best players of the world. The 73-pair course, The Oceânico Old Course, in the style of a park landscape, is the oldest of the region. He was opend in 1969 and is know in the whole golf world.

We spent a week in August, at Villa Morbey, and was really good time.
The house was well cleaned, and mantained by regular visits of the house keeper
The house is provided with all the needed houseware; ambiance is great, very confortable and friendly for use.
The outside is a very nice and pleasant garden with a nice swiming pool; is great to have the breakfast and lunch enjoying the shadow of the trees.
During these days, we spent almost all time enjoying the house and the pool.
Is very well located; if you like to walk, you can easely walk from the house till the center town (Marina), is about 15min walk.
In resume, we enjoyed a lot the house, and sure we recomend this house for families with 3/4 childs, with car.
Next year, if we decide to stay some days in Vilamoura, we will return for sure
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Die Villa Morbey ist ein sehr angenehmes Feriendomizil fuer Erholungssuchende.
Das Haus ist gepflegt, sauber mit grosszuegig geschnittenem Grundruss.
Die Badezimmer sind modern und funktionieren einwandfrei.
Die Kueche ist mit allen Geraeten fuer den taeglichen Bedarf bestens ausgeruestet. Taeglich Menus zu kochen ist kein Problem.
Der Garten mit Pool ist durch die gute Lage von morgens frueh bis abends spaet nutzbar und der Sitz-/Essplatz ist etwas windgeschuetzt, sodass die meiste Zeit draussen verbracht werden kann.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
