These bright and sun bathed apartments was completely renovated and are located in an historical building of the Pombalino style from the 18th century. The charm of an 'old building' stayed especially the old oak floor shows that. From the appartments you have a view to the streets of Lisbon. The flat 'Diva 2' is in the 1st floor, has 2 sleeping rooms and capacity up to 6 persons. The flat 'Diva 1' is in the 2nd floor and has 3 sleeping rooms and space for up to 8 persons. The duplex-flat 'Boa Vista' is in the 5th floor and has 2 sleeping areas for up to 5 persons. A special part of the apartment is its little romantic terrace with a view into the old city that invites you to have a good and romantic breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The roof-window on the other side has a view to the Castle of São Jorge. Both apartments have 2 bathrooms. The localization is very central, distirct 'Baixa', you can walk into any place of the centre of Lisbon to reach all sights.

This modern and sun bathed apartment was completely renovated in 2008. The historical building remains its Pombalino construction for more than two hundred years. The apartment has a living room with dining room, an spacios and equipped kitchen, one suite (double bed, more 2 single beds can be put) with a private bathroom, an additional bathroom and 2 further bedrooms (one with double bed, other with 2 single beds). All rooms have double glass windows where you have a view over the typical streets of Lisbon. The apartment is very good for groups or families. The localization is very central in the old town of Lisbon in the district 'Baixa', you can walk to any place of the centre of Lisbon or you can choose to take one of the many public transportations of that area and be a nature friend. From there you can reach the beaches by bus or train within 15-30 Minutes.

Diva 1 is a brand new, beautifully finished, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped apartment in the town center of Lisbon (Baixa). The bedrooms are quite large and comfortable (can easily accommodate 8 people). The bathrooms are wonderfully appointed. The kitchen is ultra-modern and contains all the appliances, utensils, features, and functionality that you could ever need. The living room is nicely furnished and is equipped with a large flat screen TV with extensive satellite service. The whole apartment is brightly bathed in sunlight!

It is conveniently located to all major tourist sites which are easily reachable on foot. All forms of public transit are closely accessible. Whether it's the 28 Tram (don't miss taking a ride through various beautiful neighborhoods of the city), the Metro, other trams, buses, trains, or even a ferry to get to the beaches, .... all are a short walk away..... the location of Diva 1 cannot be beat!

There are a myriad of great restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, internet cafes, etc.... all within a few minutes walk!! We had no problem finding anything we needed... all very close by!!

Martin was great to deal with regarding this rental. His timely, attentive, thorough, and very personal approach made me feel very comfortable in renting this flat. I have stayed in many short-term rentals over the years.... Diva 1 is one of the best!! I would highly recommend this flat!!

An Apartement with Attitude

It is a wonderful apartement in an old, but well renovated house in the very centre of Lisbon. The apartement is decorated in a very good taste with carefully selected pieces of art. It has also all the modern conveniences you can wish for. It really felt like being at home there or even more. Our children already refer to it as "our Lisbon home".
As it is located in the very centre of Lisbon, you really do not need a car to go around. Several city excursions start from a square close to the building. There are several good restaurants nearby, also a supermarket and a drugstore.
The owners are very nice and friendly and gave us a lot of good advice for making our holiday a success.

Just had a fantastic week-end in Lisbon. We stayed in a superb apartment in the old part of Lisbon. Only 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. The apartment could not have been better. Spacious, spotlessly clean and recently refurbished to a five star standard. It very comfortably slept four adults with room for more.

The location is excellent. Shops and bars and restaurants nearby. We did walks in Sintra and Cascais. Both are accessible by train from separate train stations both within 15 minutes walk of the apartment.

Getting around Lisbon was very easy using metro, buses and very cheap taxis.

Martin the owner was very easy to deal with as he has excellent English.

Try out Lisbon and this apartment. You won't be disappointed

The house is spectacular and so beautiful. It is situated in the centre of Lisboa, 5 minutes walk from Placa Comercio.

We will remember these special holidays forever and that's thanks to this apartment!
It's a great apartment in which it is possible to feel not being on holidays, it was like you were any Lisbon's citizen else. its great spaces and its modern decoration make of this apartment of luxury a dream place.
The apartment is located in a superb place, right in the center of Lisbon, and everything is near, Bairro Alto, The Cathedral, Castelo S. Jorge.

It is perfect. In addition, at any moment, you have aid and attendance from its proprietor who is available at any moment to solve all your doubts! we will repeat, certainly, but meanwhile... ENJOY IT!!
