The two-room apartment in La Tonnelle is located about 100 meters from the sandy beach la Salis and about 1 km from the Cap d'Antibes with its pine forests or the heart of the old town of Antibes. The villa is quiet. The apartment is surrounded by a garden arbour with vines. They can provide shade and protect the seats on the terrace with barbecue, before the summer heat. The equipment of the apartment is complete, the Provencal style facility in the Cote d'Azur. On 60 m2 of living space offers accommodation freedom of movement. In addition, the porch and garden. Welcome to a glass of wine on the terrace.

The Provencalland with olive groves and lavender fields is at your feet. In Antibes Juan les Pins are available for 'young and old' entertainment. In the Old Town, Provencal markets, numerous museums, the largest marina, restaurants, discos and flea markets. But folkloric events, entertainment and, above all, the world-famous Jazz Festival in Juan les Pins annually draw thousands of holiday guests from all over the world. Eine Oase in der Stadt

Die kleine Villa ist ein Kleinod in der Stadt!! Der Garten ist traumhaft, man sitzt mitten in einem Idyll. Wenn man in der Stadt wohnt, also kaum 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, ist es normalerweise schon schwierig Ruhe zu finden. Aber nicht in der Villa Tonelle. Da die Straße eine Sackgasse ist, bleibt man weitgehend ungestört. Ein wenig hört man die Straße an der Nordseite aber es stört nicht nennenswert.
Der Vermieter ist beispiellos freundlich!! Immer wenn er kam war er ausnehmend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt dort.
Die Anfahrt fanden wir persönlich ein bisschen schwierig, weil mittags in der Stadt doch recht viel Verkehr von allen Seiten kommt und man kaum Gelegenheit hat ein Schild zu lesen. Da sind gute Nerven gefragt.
Auf jeden Fall ist die Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert!!
Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen, das Auto stand die komplette Zeit.
Zu empfehlen ist auch das kleine Restaurand "La Chaumiere" in der Rue G. Vandenberg. Das essen ist sehr gut und preiswert, der Wirt ganz freundlich. Unsere Tochter leidet an Zölliakie und ist nur mit einer komplizierten Diät zu ernähren und im "Chaumiere" hat sich der Wirt und Koch sehr bemüht auch für die Kleine ein Essen zu zaubern.
Wir waren total begeistert von unserer Auszeit in Antibes.

Formidable

Nach einer Fahrt von acht Stunden wurden wir so richtig belohnt:
- durch die hervorragende Anreisebeschreibung konnten wir dieses Domizil sofort finden
- durch den überaus freundliche Empfang vom Vermieter und das aus unserer Sicht uneingeschränkte Vertrauen haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt und es hat gut getan
- das Gartenareal könnten wir uns nicht schöner vorstellen: liebevoll angelegt mit Natursteinen und der regionalen Vegetation ... und liebevoll gepflegt präsentierte sich diese "Oase" auch noch!
- Was uns auch gut getan hat war die Nähe zur Centre Ville und zum Strand. Zu Fuß war alles in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen und auch der Supermarché.
- Das Domizil war geräumig, gut aufgeteilt und sauber.

Warum wir nicht "hervorragend" gegeben haben liegt bestimmt an unserem eigenen Anspruch von Zuhause: Es war etwas laut durch die Straße an der Nordseite des Hauses - speziell gegen Morgen (wir wohnen in Allemagne doch noch ruhiger) und wir haben doch den Internetanschluss vermisst (beruflich bedingt). Sie haben uns ja auch darauf hingewiesen und so waren wir doch darauf vorbereitet ... aber die eigenen Ansprüche.....!

Das Domizil haben wir bereits Freunden empfohlen als wir noch vor Ort weilten ... Bilder über Handy übermittelt.

Das Restaurant "La Chaumière" Rue G. Vandenberg in der Altstadt können wir nur empfehlen. Es ist einfach, herzlich und preiswert und natürlich auch gut. Zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten, wenn man sich nicht verläuft wie wir...

Insgesamt einfach mal ein herzliches Merci ... Renate und Ernst
