This 180 m² luxury cottage has all the comforts imaginable and space for 6 people and two small children to sleep. All bedrooms and the living room are provided with air conditioners (cold/warm). You can access the surrounding terrace that is partially covered and the great pool area from every room. The spacious, bright rooms are tastefully furnished and some with custom furniture. The large kitchen integrated into the living/dining room will wow you because it has been perfectly thought through and is fully-equipped with everything you can imagine.

This newly-built cottage that was just completed at the end of June 2008 is located in a picturesque valley between the towns of Son Servera and San Lorenzo, both of which are only a few minutes away by car. The nearest beach is 10 min. away by car, in Cala Millor. Also nearby are the beaches of Canyamel, Cala Ratjada and the dream bay of Cala Mesquida. The nearest large supermarket is in Son Servera, you can reach many good restaurants within 5-10 min by car, there are also numerous places of interest, lively pedestrian zones, weekly markets etc nearby. The natural stone cottage is surrounded by a natural landscape with almond trees, old olive trees and a meadow where sheep graze.
