The apartment has a large kitchen and living room with 2 single sleeper sofas (if needed) with direct access to the garden, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed, shower/WC with washer. You can enjoy the view of Prino valley and the Mediterranean from the beautiful terrace, with sun beds and umbrellas. A private parking space is available on the property.

die lage des hauses ist absolut einsam, es ist fußläufig nichts zu erreichen (kein bäcker, kein lebensmittelgechäft, keine bar).man muß über eine steile und schmale, unbefestigte schotterstraße (löcher und steine) fahren, um das haus von der hauptstraße zu erreichen. obwohl nur 7 km strandentfernung, benötigt man 20 - 30 minuten, um einen strand zu erreichen. die nächsten sandstrände sind ca. 45 min. entfernt. der ortskern von dolcedo bietet nur drei einfache lokale. das haus ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. die besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. für wanderer empfehlenswert, für badeurlauber jedoch nicht.
Owner's Response: Es kann sein, dass wenn man erwartet ein Ferienhaus mitten Dorf zu treffen mit Bar und Laden dass man entauescht ist. Wo es die naechsten Laden gibt steht auch in der Annonce angegeben. Die erwaehnte steile und schmale, unbefestigte schotterstraße (löcher und steine) ist fuer dass grosste Teil betonniert. Dass man da langsam fahren soll ist natuerlich selbstverstaendlich. Dass Haus ist natuerlich am meisten geeignet fuer Gaesten, die wert legen auf ruhe und wunderschoehne Ausblicken so wie auf dass Erste Bild schon angegeben. Eine 45 Minuten Fahrt nach einen Sandstrand muss wol viel weiter sein Als das Sandstrand von San Lorenzo. Wir sind dort schon nach 15 Minuten.(12 km)
