Casa Moreta is a cozy rustic house in the heart of the island at the outskirts of Inca. Built on a 7300 m2 plot, the house offers a lot of privacy with fantastic views of Inca and the Tramuntana mountain range. The house measures 228 m2 and has 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest WC. There are two living rooms, one on the ground floor and another one on the first floor: both are air conditioned. Next to the living room downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the covered terrace near the pool. The house has several (covered) terraces overlooking the beautiful countryside around the house. There is a garden with pool (4,5 x 8 meter), lawn area, fruit trees and many plants and flowers. The pool area can be closed off for small children.

Nearest Beach: beach at 20 Kilometres

Casa Moreta is situated on the mountain Santa Magdalena mountain, approximate 3 minutes by car from the nearest city Inca. The house is the ideal starting point for car excursions or long walks discovering the surroundings of Selva and the mountains. In Inca, the nearby town, you can find excellent shopping possibilities and every Thursday a large weekly market takes place in the town centre. By car you can reach the long sand beaches near Alcudia and Pollenca within approx. 20 minutes. Pollensa also offers one of the most beautiful golf courses of the island. Various excellent golf courses are situated in the South of the island, near Santa Ponsa and in Bendinat and Son Vida. For a Palma visit we recommend leaving your car in Inca and taking the train to the town. Then you don’t have to worry about parking rules and fees.
