Beautifully furnished holiday apartment approx. 45 m². Terrace facing south west with view of the beach, sea and garden. 50 m from beach. Bedroom with fitted wardrobe, large chest of drawers and mirror, living room with comfy sofa bed, Bookshelves, sideboard with lots of crockery and cutlery, extendable table, TV, kitchen has 4 ceramic hot plates and oven, dishwasher, welsh dresser, fully equipped.

Right on the beach; 10 min on foot to historic town center, lots of shops, supermarket, pharmacist, bars and restaurants just a stone's throw away. But it's still very quiet. Surfing school 200 m away, diving school a step further. Beach restaurants and bar, disco not far but not noisy. Ideal for families with small children. Wonderful view of tiny Lobos island and Lanzarote (Three Islands). Internet cafe nearby. Bus station with connections to capital city (Puerto del Rosario, via La Oliva/ Ele Cotillo etc.). 500 m to Estacion Maritima; hourly ferries from there to Puerto Blanco (Lanzarote). 1 hour approx on foot to huge beaches and then by bus to dunes (nature reserve). Bicycle and car rentals nearby.
