One of the oldest and well maintained Villa's on Lake Como. This historic Villa which has been divided into apartments was built during the second half of the 18. Century, for Count Albertoni (a nobleman of the ancient times). Relive the experience of staying in splendid over-sized rooms with exquisite decorative details. The apartment offers two bedrooms that can sleep up to 4 people, plus an additional bed could be placed in one of two living areas, to sleep a couple more people. There is a very big elegant living room with a fireplace and dining area, a friendly kitchen, a powder/dressing room just before the bathroom, a very large master bedroom with incredible views looking across the formal gardens and onto towards the lake.

The Villa is very conveniently situated very close to the ferry in Tremezzo which can transport you to all the beautiful villages, such as Menaggio, Bellagio & Varenna. The “Parco Mayer”, a beautiful lakeside park and beach is in Tremezzo. There are also restaurants and shops very near to the villa.

  • There is a final cleaning cost of 120 Euro when staying for one week and 150 Euro when staying for two weeks with all bed-linen and towels included. If staying for two weeks or more – the bed-linen and towels will be refreshed after each week. All utility usage such as water, electricity and gas, are included in the rental price.
  • Additional Facilities: We offer a range of facilities, which are available for hire through our office ‘Happy Holiday Homes’ in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per week, Push Chair - EU 25 per week, Extra full size bed- EU 85 per week , Italian Mobile Phone - EU 15 per week, Mountain Bikes - EU 60 per week, Internet Access - EU 15 per week, Air Conditioning- EU 80 per week, (Only if the property has an AirCon Unit and you would like to use it), Boat Mooring - EU 150 per week, (Only if there is a boat mooring available at the rental property).
  • There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30 % deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
