It is a luxury apartment (50 sq. m including 7 sq. m balcony) right by the sea with a stunning sea view-balcony and directly located on the 5 km long Playa de Palma. A large communal complex with a pool and an additional large area for lying down with a view of the sea is inviting for sunbathing. The high-quality and modernly equipped apartment is located on the 4th floor and has a sea view balcony, sheltered from the wind, in a south-southwest location. The apartment can be reached by two elevators or a wide staircase. The optimal booking is for a couple with possibly one or two children. The separate bedroom, the bathroom and the living/dining room can be individually air conditioned (warm and cold) and can be completely darkened through electric outdoor blinds. Parking space within the residential complex only on request.

Located southwest of Majorca directly on the 7 km long, fine sand beach promenade of the Playa de Palma. About 15 minutes by bus to the historical old city of Palma de Majorca. A very large selection of restaurants, shopping facilities and bars (in all price categories) and bus stops are located within walking distance. Beach bars including food and loungers and sun umbrellas (for a fee on the beach) are also available. Nearby (about 1 km) you will find a large, newly built aquarium and about 5 km away you will find a very large water slide park (Aqualandia). Long-term renters welcome. From 2 weeks -5%.

Das Appartement haben wir - genau wie beschrieben - vorgefunden. Es ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts!! Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral und ist doch ruhig. Der Blick zum Strand mit Strandpromenade traumhaft schön. Die Sonnenuntergänge, die wir vom Balkon erleben durften, bleiben für uns unvergessen.
Wir können das Appartement ausdrücklich weiter empfehlen.

Wirklich perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, sehr geschmackvolles Interieur, mit der Liebe zum Detail...als 4köpfige Familie haben wir alles Notwendige vorgefunden und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der ganze Gebäudekomplex sowie die Außenanlagen sind top gepflegt. Kleiner Supermarkt und Bäckerei gleich gegenüber, den Strand vor der Nase, einfach klasse! Das wirklich sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterpaar war zufällig gleichzeitig mit uns vor Ort und jederzeit für alle Belange ansprechbar. Noch mal vielen Dank dafür! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!!

Traumhafte Woche....

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Mai 2009 verlebt.
Das Appartement ist traumhaft eingerichtet und wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben.
Viele kleine Details eröffneten sich uns bzw. unserer Tochter erst nach und nach.....das schöne Nachtlicht, das Kindergeschirr und -besteck, die Kinder-DVD´s .....
Vom Balkon aus hat meinen einen traumhaften Ausblick, den man vor allem abends geniessen sollte.
Das Abendessen hätte man bei den schönen Sonnenuntergängen am besten jeden Abend auf dem Balkon eingenommen!
Essen gehen ist kein Problem; es gibt genügend nette Restaurants. Uns hat speziell das XII. Apostoles sehr gut gefallen.
Und das der Bäcker direkt nebenan liegt ist auch eine nette Annehmlichkeit.....
Vielen Dank noch einmal für den netten Empfang durch den Vermieter!!!
Es war eine traumhafte Woche und wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder!!!

Traumwohnung mit Panorama-Meerblick

Das Apartment haben wir wie beschrieben vorgefunden.
Es wurde mit sehr viel Liebe und Sorgfalt eingerichtet, alles war blitzsauber und gemütlich.
Der Vermieter ist äußerst hilfsbereit und super nett.
Wir haben uns in den leider nur 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Apartment nur weiterempfehlen.
Den herrlichen Meerblick und die romantischen Sonnenuntergänge werden wir vermissen.
Die Supermärkte sind schnell erreichbar, ohne Auto, ebenso Restaurants und Bus-Haltestellen.
Obwohl nur knapp 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, kein Fluglärm. Die richtige Adresse für einen Traumurlaub.

Tolle Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick

Haben das Objekt wie beschrieben vorgefunden und uns in den sechs Wochen auch super wohl gefühlt. Netter Vermieter. Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe ausgestattet und es fehlte uns nichts. Den Blick auf Meer und Strand werden wir auf alle Fälle vermissen. Wir waren schon öfters auf der Insel und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!! Supermarkt auch ohne Auto gut erreichbar. Brötchenservice direkt vor dem Haus. Flughafen mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar, jedoch kein Fluglärm am Objekt.
