The free-standing house has 60 m² and a covered south-facing terrace. There is 1 bedroom, bathroom/shower, sep. WC, kitchen, living/dining room. There are two places to sleep, a double bed 180x200 with high-quality mattress (bedroom) and a sleeper sofa 130x190 (living room). Living and dining room can be separated by a sliding door. Furnishings include: open fireplace, central heating, television/satellite/DVD, bed linens, towels, dish towels, table cloths etc., many different kitchen appliances, tourist info, card material and books, washing machine, garden furniture, gas grill, table tennis table. The fenced-in property is 1700 m² with many cork oaks and other native trees (there is sun and shade). Parking space on the property. Quiet residential area at the edge of town on a private street (no through-traffic). Many culture, sport and recreational activities. Hiking right from the house. Pets are welcome.

Gareoult is a small lively vineyard town at the edge of a plateau 35 km north of Toulon and 60 km east of Aix-en-Provence between St.Baume and the 'Massif des Maures'. Everything you need for daily necessities, like: Shops, supermarket, doctor, pubs, restaurants and a typical Provençal weekly market. The ocean is about 1/2 hour away. Gareoult is centrally located in an ideal area scenically and has many historical/cultural sites between: ocean, mountains, rivers, streams, lakes (e.g. Montagne Ste. Victoire, Gorges du Verdon, Argens, Issole, Lac de Carces). Exceptional cities and villages are Marseille, Toulon, Hyeres, Aix-en-Provence, St.Tropez, Collobrieres, Bormes-les-Mimosas, Cassis, Bandol, Sanary-s-Mer, Cadiere d'Azur. The islands 'Ile de Porquerolles' and 'Ile de Port-Cros' are alluring. We especially recommend a visit to the cloisters 'Le Thoronet' and 'Monastere de la Verne'. Endless lavender fields border the 'Haute-Provence' in the north.

Sehr ruhig und schön in niedrigem Wald gelegen.
Komplett und liebvoll ausgestattet.
Auto notwendig, zum Supermarkt / Markt doch recht weit.
Ideal für 2 Verliebte.
Beschreibung war richtig und unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt.

Schönen Strand in Les Salines (bei Hyeres) gefunden.
Eine Fahrt wert ist auch der Mt Feron bei Toulon, gigantische Aussicht über die Region.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit unseren 2 alten Hunden.
