This beautiful house was built in 1998. The villa has rustic character and is located on a hill. It also has an unforgettable panoramic view of the Tramuntana mountains. The house is fully-furnished and has many terraces, grill, tennis court and pool (size 28 m2). There is a very beautiful garden with many different plants and trees. The house is at the centre of the island and thus has very easy access to various beaches, the capital Palma and to the airport. The area is very impressive, there is an small old church, a restaurant and scenic view on the Puig de Santa Magdalena hill, the view is over the northern part of the island. The villa is great for families with children of any age.

The location of this villa gives you the option of hiking in the western Tramuntana mountains. The beach in Porto Pollenca and Alcudia is 25 min. away. The cottage is in a quiet location on Mount Santa Magdalena. In Inca, the nearby town only 5 minutes from the house, you can find excellent shopping possibilities and every Thursday a large weekly market takes place in the town centre. Palma, beaches and airports are 25 min away.

  • The cleaning costs are included in the price. Cots/cribs: €5,-/ day. Highchair: €5,-/ day.
    Bedlinen and towels will be provided at no costs. To be able to enjoy your holiday more the pool and the garden will be maintanced and if you stay longer than 7 nights your bed linen and towels will be changed and the house will be cleaned. Tolles großes Haus, optimal für 12 Personen. Genial ist die Lage der Finca, etwas ausserhalb, leicht am Hang. Es gibt nur eine Nachbarfinca, die allerdings weit genug weg ist, um ungestört zu sein. Es gibt 4 kleine Doppelzimmer und ein etwas größeres Zimmer mit Terrasse und zwei weiteren Betten im oberen Bereich. Dieses Zimmer ist optimal für Eltern mit Kind. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig und somit ebenfalls bestens geeignet für eine Gruppe oder Großfamilie. Die Küche ist groß und mit allem ausgestattet was dazu gehört (Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und reichlich Geschirr). Im Aussenbereich gibt es tolle Flecken, um sich auch mal zurück zu ziehen und in Ruhe ein Buch zu lesen. Bis zum Pool sind es ca. 20m und auch dort kann man aufgrund der Ruhe prima entspannen. Wer es sportlich mag kann am direkt angrenzenden Tennisplatz die Schläger schwingen. Bis zum Supermarkt sind es ca. 5-10 Autominuten und bis zum Strand 20-30 Autominuten. Bei Fragen und Sonderwünschen waren die Vermieter mehr als hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle. Alles in allem eine tolle Finca die man auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen kann.
