Wir hatten dieses Appartment dieses Jahr für sechs Wochen (Juli / August) gemietet.

Schade eigentlich hätte das eine Klasse Unterkunft sein können. Das Appartment ist in der zweiten Etage und hat wirklich einen traumhaften Blick und eine sehr gute Aufteilung - die Baustelle sieht man zwar - stört aber in der zweiten Etage wenig, da zu unserer Zeit Baustopp war.

Leider war alles andere mehr als verbesserungswürdig angesichts des doch relativ hohen Preises - hier einige Beispiele:

- Ansprechpartnerin für das Appartment war nur sehr schwer erreichbar
- Kleine Kinder waren nicht erwünscht - bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir fast wieder weggeschickt - nach längerer Diskussion wurde "nur" das Mobiliar ausgetauscht
- Verkabelungen liegen frei, Aufzug ist außer Betrieb, Pool wurde in den sechs Wochen immer dreckiger, eine Dusche hatte nur kaltes Wasser, Garagentor fehlte, Einfahrtstor war defekt, es gab in vielen Räumen Glühbirnen statt Leuchten, Rolladen waren teilweise defekt, ...
- Toilette war verstopft und wurde erst nach zwei Tagen repariert
- Spülmaschine wurde bis zum letzten Tag nicht repariert
- Warmes Duschen mit ausreichend Wasser war ein Glücksfall
- ....
Der Urlaub war aber trotzdem super schön, denn diese Ecke von Mallorca ist wirklich ein Traum.
Owner's Response: Es ist Schade für uns das sie uns so eine Bewertung geben. Die Toilette haben Ihre Kinder ja selber verstopft, und im August ist es schwer sofort einen Handwerker zu bekommen. Garagentor ist da, nur immer oben. offene Kabel haben wir keine , der Pool wurde regelmässig gereinigt, die Poolpumpe nach ausfall sofort erneuert, und das ersatzteil für die spuelmaschine ist erst nach ihrer abreise angekommen. Schade, ich finde wir haben eine bessere bewertung verdient.

Wunderschóner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schoenen Urlaub in einem der Appartments ohne Baulaerm. Die Baustelle hat unseren Urlaub nicht gestoert. Die Appartments sind gross, sauber, hell und sehr schoen ausgestattet. Unsere Kinder haben viel im Pool gespielt und die Umgebung hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und koennen die appartments sehr empfehlen.Familie Schneider

Stressiger Urlaub mit viel Lärm

Wir sind gerade aus Mallorca zurückgekommen und sind von der Unterkunft sehr enttäuscht. Uns wurde vorenthalten, dass sich direkt vor dem Haus zum Meer hin eine Großbaustelle befindet. In der ersten Reise entsteht ein großes Hotel/Appartmenthaus. Als wir die Buchung stornieren wollten, da wir zufällig durch Freunde von der Baustelle und dem Lärm erfahren haben, war der Vermieter nicht bereit, die Stornierung zu akzeptieren. Der Vermieter sagte uns zu, dass Baustopp ist und wir keinen Lärm zu befürchten haben. Leider war das nicht der Fall und so hatten wir einen ziemlich stressigen Urlaub mit viel Lärm und einigen Unannehmlichkeiten.
