The large, air-conditioned 2 room apartment, newly renovated, and modern design, lies between the centre of the city of Nice, Place Massena, the old city and Provencal market and the Promenade des Anglais, the beaches. 100 meters to the beach, 100 meters to the old town and market, 100 meters to the Place Massena and the shopping street in the City Centre, Avenue Jean Medecin. This accommodation has high rooms and offers to about 60 square meters exceptional freedom of movement. The modern aspect was caused by a young well-known architects designed and implemented. You sleep in the integrated mezzanine above the living room and the kitchen. All comfort are available: dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, TV, CD player, radio, etc. Enjoy the typical international Mediterranean French Riviera flair of this extraordinary city. Die Lage dieses Appartments ist unschlagbar (100 m zur Strandpromenade, 50 m bis zur Place Massena, 150 m bis zur nächsten Parkgarage).
Nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin mit guten Englischkenntnissen.
Einrichtung modern funkionell, mit allem, was man braucht. Badezimmer ausreichend groß mit großer Dusche.
Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist der Zugang zum Schlafbereich. Unregelmäßig tiefe Stufen erfodern ein gewisses Maß an Beweglichkeit und Standfestigkeit.
Falls man morgens lieber außerhalb der Wohnung früstücken möchte empfiehlt sich das "Le pain quotidien" am Ende der rue St-Francois-de-Paule, linke Strassenseite, direkt an der Einmündung zur Cours Saleya (die Restaurantbeschrifung fehlt !).
Abends eher nicht ins "La Petite Maison" oder zu Christian Plumail ins "L´Univers", zu teuer und eher mäßiger Service. Besser dann ins "Le Comptoir" (schräg gegenüber vom "La Petite maison") oder ins Strandlokal vom "Beau Rivage". Außerdem absolut empfehlenswert das "Les Viviers" (22, rue Alphonse Karr), allerdings ein bischen weiter entfernt. Die Lokale auf der Course Saleya (sehr touristisch) reichen allenfalls für ein Bier und eine Pizza.
