This Finca is located 25 km from Palma de Mallorca at a silent road about 1 km northeast of Llucmajor, surrounded by meadows and almond groves. Aloof from hustle and bustle it offers the perfect starting point for cultural, culinary and sportive trips. The style of the lovingly restored houses is typically mallorcian. You live in separate houses, which provide living, sleeping and bath rooms, an equipped kitchen, gas heating and a fireplace (except Casita). A beautiful and interesting laid mediterranean garden with colourful and odorant flowers, fruit and almond trees, private terraces with barbecue and a clean pool (diameter 7.5 meters) invite you to relax. The Finca is an ideal place for kids, 17.000 sqm provide enough room to play. We have a feedlot with sheep, goose, ducks and chicken. Our cats can't await to be stroked by you.

You enter the house 'Bellavista', which means 'beautiful view', through a very large room, where living and dining area as well as the kitchen find space. From there you reach the two bedrooms - each with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. This house is the northern part of the building 'Ca' Maritano' and offers a view at our biotope. The big terrace gives you the possibility to sit either in the sun or in the shadow of the pergola, which is overgrown with vine. Outside on the left side of the house is a canopied place with a barbecue facility made of bricks and a big table (fitting for up to 10 persons). Furthermore you can use the second flexible garden set. The living area has a fireplace you can fire by yourself, a large sofa as well as the Sat-TV. In the dining area you find a huge wooden teak table for 6 and the kitchen, equipped for 6 persons. You cook on three hotplates fired with gas. The house is very suitable for families or to couples.

The finca is located about 1 km from the little town Llucmajor with its quiet lanes, coffeehouses and shopping possibilities. Three times a week (Sunday, Wednesday and Friday - a.m.) you can buy fresh vegetables and other things at the market in the middle of the town. For cultural trips or shopping expeditions we recommend the capital Palma de Mallorca, which you reach in about 30 minutes. A special experience could be the animal market in Sineu (Wednesday - about 25 km away). The next beach you reach in 11 km, the nature reserve 'Es Trenc' with wide beaches and lots of coves is easy to reach, too (18 - 25 km). Recommendable restaurants you find close-by like the 'Gal Dent' - located in a cave - and in Randa the 'Es Reco'. In Llucmajor there are three well-known golf courses - just 10 minutes away (plesse contact us for more informacions). If you look for a place for a bike or mountain bike tour we recommend the table mountain Puig de Randa, located 3 km north of the Finca.

  • The above mentioned prices are per week and include a final cleaning. If you have no time to stay a whole week, please contact us. We will make you an individual offer.

    The price for the house Bellavista is calculated for 4 persons. Additional persons (older than 4 years) cost 10,-- Euro per day. Please inform us in time, if you need an additional bed or a cot.

    Check in time is at 12 o'clock on your arrival date, check out at 10 am on your last day.
  • Our conditions are as followed:
    Within 10 days after receiving the bill the tenant has to transfer a down-payment of 20% of the rental price. The remaining balance is to be paid at least 2 weeks before the rental period begins.
    Cancellation: If the tenant terminates the contract before the rental period starts and doesnt name a replacement that accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs:
    - up to 45 days before rental period: 20 % of rental price
    - up to 33 days before rental period: 30 % of rental price
    - up to 21 days before rental period: 60 % of rental price
    - up to 14 days before rental period: 90 % of rental price
    - otherwise (less than 14 days before rental period) 100 % of rental price.

Notes: You receive our houses freshly cleaned. We put clean sheets on the amount of booked beds and provide two towels per person in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery, wine and water glasses, pots and pans and so on. Mostly you find dish detergent, some spices, oil and vinegar in the kitchen, which you can use. Garden chairs are near the pool and can be used by all renters of the four houses. Gas heating respectively the fireplace provide a comfortable temperature inside, in the case it should become cold. Costs for gas are included in the rent, firewood for the fireplace is not provided, you can buy it at gasoline stations.

Further services:: The house is rented on the basis of a tenancy for private use. With regard of the Spanish law we point out that we are no touristy company. Therefore we are not allowed to offer services which are usual in the tourism. We ask for your understanding.

Animals / pets: Pets like dogs are only accepted exceptionally and just when you can affirm us that they are no hunters, because on our finca are cats, love birds, hens and roosters, ducks, gooses, goats, sheep and a donkey, which do not like to be chased. You are welcome to stroke our animals or feed them, but just with untainted food, dried bread without mold, peeling of vegetables or similar things. The animals look forward to your attention and presents.

Ways of supplies of the finca: We are self-sustaining concerning the electricity: Our light and power sockets are solar-powered. The second energy for the finca is gas: Heating system, warm water and cooking are powered by gas. Water is delivered by a truck every or every second week, we store it in one of our two cisterns. But we hope to get our water soon from a well.

wir waren mit unseren beiden kindern im sommerurlaub dort. die betreuung der vermieter war sowohl vor der anreise als auch vor ort optimal. die fotos bei fewo zeigen nur einen kleinen eindruck von der sehr gepflegten und sauberen finca. das gesamte gelände ist mit viel geschmack, auch im detail, errichtet und bewirtschaftet. es ist überaus romantisch und für die kinder war es abenteuerlich im positiven sinne! der pool war sauber und bot sich zur abkühlung und und erholung gut an. die lage war optimal um auch mal touren über die insel zu machen bzw. zum starnd zu fahren. einkaufsmöglichkeiten für lebensmittel sind in der nähe sehr gut erreichbar.
eine finca, die wir gerne weiter empfehlen!

Herrlicher grosser Garten, ein Pool zur Erfrischung, unsere schöne große Terasse (Bellavista) und der gemauerte Grill - wir haben es sehr genossen. Unser einjähriger Sohn war begeistert von den Katzen, Hühnern, Gänsen - an den krähenden Hahn am morgen haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Insgesamt eine sehr lauschige Finca, auch die Nachbarn haben wir kaum wahr genommen, weil alles so großzügig ist. Die Ausstattung war eher einfach, aber ok - und im Sommer mir eh nicht so wichtig, da wir fast nur im Freien waren. Die Strandentfernung (Es Trenc ca. 25 Min per Auto) hat dazu geführt, das wir viel Zeit auf der Finca verbracht hatten - einfach aber auch weil es mit Kind dort so erholsam war. Die zentrale Lage ist toll, um überall hin auf der Insel zu kommen. Jederzeit wieder!
