125 m² apartment, 2 double bedrooms with 30 m² terrace, breakfast for 4 people from 8:00am to 12:00pm included in price. Children and pets welcome. Beach within walking distance. Restaurant, German baker and supermarket in town. German SAT-TV. Centrally located apartment. Places to shop about 200 m away. About 350 m from a small swimming cove and also the large Bay of Santa Ponsa with pleasant beach flanked by a promenade is also within walking distance. There are many sport activities on-site: Diving, swimming, tennis, hiking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, surfing, water skiing, motorcycling, mountain biking, mountain climbing or inline-skating. Long-term renters welcome. Price upon request.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, unser erster Eindruck war positiv. Es ist alles praktisch eingerichtet und auf der großen Terrasse sitzt man morgens wie abends sehr gerne (…die Sitzdecken auf den Bänken sind sehr staubig) . Der Backofen konnte erst genutzt werden, nachdem er dem Zweck dienend (Pizza erhitzen)gereinigt wurde (uralte verkrustete Fetttropfen). Nachteil ist, dass die Ferienwohnung an der Zufahrtsstrasse zum Ort liegt. Der Verkehrslärm ist unangenehm und auch in der Backstube, die sich unter der Wohnung befindet, werden schon sehr früh immer wieder die Türen zugeknallt und man hört die Maschinen. Zu empfehlen ist, Handtücher mitzunehmen, es gibt nur eins pro Person zum Duschen.
Sollten andere Urlauber bessere Bedingungen vorfinden, liegt es bestimmt an unserer (der ersten überhaupt) Bewertung, die zur Nachbesserung der ansonsten schönen Wohnung führte.
