You would rather stay! Private one-storey cottage (260 m²) in quiet, country location with old trees and beautiful Mediterranean fruit and flower garden (3600 m²) that is great for casual strolls, secluded pool area. Roof terrace for romantic sunsets, star gazers and beautiful panoramic views of Montgo and the coast. 3 fixed outdoor dining spots, walled grill area on the patio, all garden furniture is teak, iron or stone. 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed) with 3 bathrooms en suite, extra bathroom, cosy living room with open fireplace, spacious eat-in kitchen with utensils that really make you want to cook and eat, direct access to the outside from all rooms, large refrigerator/freezer (2nd in utility room), dish washer, gas cooker with oven, microwave oven, coffee maker etc, also a washing machine, dryer, iron, satellite television.

Xabia - sublime and immeasurable. 'That is the place I have always dreamed about: Ocean and mountains, and what an ocean it is!', said Spanish artist Joaquin Soralla. No matter which season you come, it is always interesting, especially if you like nature. The Caps with their steep coasts are wonderful for hiking, equally numerous, extremely beautiful hiking trails. And why not climb the Montgo (700 m) once. Small sand and pebble bays interchange along the coast and they invite you to enjoy the sun and beach. People who like water sports can go diving, sailing and fishing. Tennis, horse riding and golf - the choice is yours. A pleasant Old Town with small restaurants and nice shops is a good change of pace. There is a good fish restaurant in the harbour and you can also buy fresh fish there. Giving that the Spaniards like to celebrate, there is always a fiesta with historical parades, bull runs and good food somewhere. Children are always welcome everywhere.

...wir haben in dieser Finca einen unserer schönsten Urlaube verleben dürfen. Das Haus liegt super schön und ruhig in der Natur. Es ist absolut gepflegt und für ein Mietobjekt sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet. Hier ist an alles gedacht worden vom Geschirr bis zum Kaffeevollautomaten. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und vermittelt ein Gefühl von „Zuhause“ Der traumhafte und liebevoll angelegte Garten mit tollem, und stets gereinigtem Pool, die schönen Sitzecken mit den sehr schönen Gartenmöbeln hat uns so begeistert, dass wir diesen für Ausflüge nur ungern verließen. Wir vermissen schon jetzt die schönen Abende die wir im Patio bei einen Glas Wein genossen haben. Obwohl die schöne Umgebung mit dem Montgo, den kleinen spanischen Dörfern und das Meer uns schon sehr angesprochen hat: Ein besonderes Erlebnis ist ein Ausflug zum Leuchtturm um dort den Sonnenaufgang zu erleben. Im Hafen können Sie am Abend direkt am Meer nett essen oder auch nur einen Cocktail trinken. Einkaufen ist auch kein Problem , man erreicht die Markthalle mit frischen Waren oder die Discounter in wenigen Fahrminuten. Auch der Markt bietet Ihnen einiges, besonders frisches Obst und Gemüse und das in schöner Lage in der Altstadt. Urlaub pur!! Wir können dieses Feriendomizil nur jedem empfehlen und haben uns schon fast Zuhause gefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit sehr gern wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank auch an die Vermieter für die sehr gute und freundliche Betreuung.

Ein Haus das hält was es verspricht!

Ich kann allen dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Angaben die hier stehen treffen nahezu komplett zu. Der Garten ist wirklich sehr schön und der Pool sehr nett. Leider konnten wir ihn jahreszeitbedingt nicht nutzen für den Sommer muss es sehr schön sein. Das wetter gabe es aber durchaus her in der Hängematte unter dem Großen Pfefferbaum zu liegen und die Ruhe zu genießen. Ich habe s auch geaschafft von der Dachterasse das Meer zu sehen und den Ausblick auf den Montgo au mich wirken zu lassen. Das einzige Problem hatte ich bei der Anreise, da mein Navi die Straße nicht gefunden hat. Aber in dem netten restaurant an der Hauptstraße wußte man Rat. Hier lässt es sich übrigens auch bestens und original Spanisch essen.
Ich werde sicher nochmal wiederkommen, besonders das Frühjahr ist sicher sehr schön.

Einfach nur traumhaft!!!

Die spanische Finca ist mit viel liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Durch den alten Baumbestand entsteht eine urige und romantische Atmosphäre. Der Blick auf den Montgo und die Altstadt beeindruckt besonders abends. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist üppig: angefangen vom offenen Kamin, großem Flachbild bis hin zur offenen, großen Dusche im Elternschlafzimmer ist alles da. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ideal zur Entspannung. Allerdings ist man dadurch ohne Auto ziemlich aufgeschmiessen. Highlight für uns war der uneinsehbare Innenhof mit Pool und die Nähe zum Montgo zwecks Wandertouren. Jederzeit wieder.

ein Idyll zwischen Landleben und Meer

alles hat gepasst! Wir haben die Ruhe genossen, die Kinder das uneingeschränkte Toben im Pool, den großen Garten (wo wir Tomaten und Zitronen pflücken konnten) und natürlich die schönen Abende im Patio bei leckeren Grillgerichten. Paddis Lieblingsplatz war die Hängematte unter dem großen Pfefferbaum. Wenn uns danach war, sind wir in ein paar Minuten am Meer gewesen. Die Zeit war viel zu kurz und - man möchte wirklich am liebsten bleiben!
