Additional information about rental rates

  • The above mentioned rates are calculated for 6 persons. Every additional adult person will pay an extra $70/week. Children up to 12 years old are free of charges (all rates include the 11 % tax fee). Included in the rental Price is water, air-conditioning, garden maintenance, bed linens, towels, local calls, and electricity consumption up to $50/week. Additional consumption of cooling in summer or heating / pool heating in winter will be charged extra and deducted from your deposit after final account. Final cleaning charge is $170.00.
  • Terms of payment: A deposit of 30 % of the rental rate is due upon booking in order to confirm the reservation/completion of the contract. The remaining balance and a refundable deposit of $600 are required 3 months before arrival, or if last minute booking, 6 weeks before arrival. The refundable deposit is reimbursed, latest 30 days after leaving the house, after inspection/end of rent if no damage has been noticed. For pets, a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required. All commissions and bank transfer costs are charged to the tenants. We hope to see you soon!

Beach: Your pool is at home, but across the street you will find white, nature-left beaches. Looking to South you see Naples, to the North Fort Myers Beach. Not far away from Sanibel Island, Naples, Marco Island, Everglades.

Lovers Key State Park. Here are already many ‘Lovestories’ developed. A real 'Must' to see and enjoy.

Excellent home with all utensils in kitchen to cook home made meals. Teenagers loved the pool and walking across the street to the beach. Trail runs alongside the street and is great for running/walking.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers
