Pretty apartment in newly built, modern, furnished house. All comforts provided. Large garden with barbecue zone, loungers, sun shades and 10 x 5 m swimming pool. Lots of space for children to play. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a large south-facing terrace with loungers and large dining table. A large sun shade gives plenty of shade. The rooms are very bright thanks to the large windows. Flatscreen TV/DVD player/stereo. Leather sofas and large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for a cosy breakfast, an extended lunch or a cosy evening meal. The apartment has one bedroom with a 1.60m wide double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with large shower is en suite, a bathroom with bath is separate. Cleaning 3 x per week. Personal support.

Within the neighbourhood and reachable on foot there are several good restaurants and two mini-markets for fresh vegetables and fruit, fresh bread, newspapers and all the other things you need. Horse-riding, windsurfing, tennis, diving, sea angling, golf, jeep safaris, bowling, cinema and countless shops are a few of the numerous leisure activities available in Albufeira, easy to get to with a hired car. For families there are lots of leisure parks like 'Zoomarine', 'Aqualand', 'Slide and Splash' 10 to 20 minutes away by car. In Albufeira town centre there are lots of bars and discos for night owls. The beautiful Algarve coast has countless kilometres of beaches and little bays. There’s something for every taste. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes from your apartment on foot. ‘Salgados’ golf course is the nearest.

Adorei a localização. O exterior da casa é lindíssimo. A casa está bem equipada, é acolhedora e sossegada. A praia é um paraiso. Simplesmente adorei!!
Certamente a aconselharei a amigos, bem como futuramente poderei alugá-la mais vezes.
Sem nada a criticar.

Der Aufenthalt hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Wohnung lässt von der Ausstattung, vom Interrieur wirkliche keine Wünsche offen, Klimaanlage gibt es sogar im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette Leute und gehen mit viel Hilfsbereitschaft auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Wenn ich wiederkomme, werde ich wenn möglich genau hier wieder wohnen. Danke nochmals und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Alles Wunderbar. Tolle Lokalisation. Ruhig und trotzdem alles in einigen Minuten erreichbar. Zum Strand sind es ca. 500 m Fußmarsch. Wunderbares Appartment auf höchstem Niveau. Perfekt!!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Wir wurden von einer charmanten Gastgeberin begrüsst. In der Wohnung warteten einige netten Aufmerksamkeiten. Die Wohnung ist äusserst sauber, excellent gestaltet, modern mit sehr viel Flair eingerichtet. Das herrliche Schwimbad hat meine beiden Töchter begeistert, während wir unsere Ruhe im Aussenbereich geniessen konnten. Nur wenige Auto-Minuten vom pulsierenden Herz von Albufeira entfernt liegt die Wohnung in einer Oase der Ruhe, nahe vom schönen Strand 'Praia da Coelha'. Lassen sie sich vom Küchenchef des zugehörenden Restaurants verwöhnen. Alle Ingredienten sind somit enthalten um einen wunderschönen Urlaub zu verbringen.
