zentrale ruhige Lage

Bis zur Deutschen Oper sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Wunderbar !
Und auch zum Savignyplatz, mit seinen tollen Kneipen, bin ich nur 3 Minuten gegangen. S Bahn und U Bahn ebenfalls nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Da ich ohne Auto angereist bin, war für mich die Lage sehr wichtig. Die Wohnung war übrigns auch in Ordnung.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders wichtig für mich war die hauseigene Tiefgarage für unser Auto, von der man mit dem Fahrstuhl direkt zur Wohnung gelangte.

Wir reisen oft nach Berlin; deshalb kennen wir viele Ferienwohnungen.
Das Opern Apartment zählt zu den Besten die wir kennengelernt haben.
Ein freundlicher Vermieter, der auch auf Extrawünsche, wie unsere späte Anreise gegen 22 Uhr, gerne einging. Vor allem war es sehr sauber und auch die Einrichtung war sehr zufriedenstellend. Note 1

Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, sehr hell und sehr sauber. Der große Balkon war bei dem schönen Wetter angenehm. Die Lage war so, wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten. U-Bahn und S-Bahn direkt in der Nähe.Wir kommen gerne hierher zurück.
