Location: Benissa in Spain

Car: necessary
The house is located about a 10 minute drive from the centre of the Moraira spa resort. In Moraira there is a guarded beach. 15 minutes by foot from the house is a peaceful natural beach. There are 3 golf courses nearby (Moraira, Javea, Denia). The holiday resort of Moraira is an idyllic resort with a lot of restaurants and shopping facilities. Attractions nearby: Valencia: Very beautiful old city, the Mercat Central (central market) is one of the largest and most beautiful in Europe. Valencia is the centre of modern art in Spain. A very rich collection of modern art is in the museum "Ivam" in Valencia. A real sensation is the "Ciutatde les Arts i les Ciencies" the city of arts and sciences. Built by the famous architect Caltrava. The aquarium is an underground water world that fascinate adults and children alike. It is the largest and most beautiful in Europe. In the aquarium you will find a great restaurant.
