Located in the famous Hansa-Viertel. The river Spree is just a few steps away (Grosser Spreebogen). The close landings invite you to go on a river cruise. The bordering Central Park (Tiergarten) is the city's largest park. From there you can easily walk to the Siegessäule, to the German President's residence Schloss Bellevue, Potsdamer Platz or to the Brandenburger Tor. Also the Akademie der Künste (Acedemy of Fine Arts) and the University (TU Berlin) are nearby. The rapid transport stations (S-Bahn Bellevue and U-Bahn Hansaplatz) are just a few minutes away from the house. You can reach the new Central Station after one stop. Apartments: You will love our fully furnished 2-people apartments with balcony and a wonderful view from the 7th floor. It doesn't matter if you are on a business trip or discovering Berlin as a tourist: The apartments with the modern design and high class furniture will make you feel comfortable. The apartments are located right at the Central Park (Tiergarten) and the Spree river. The rapid transit railway station Bellevue (S-Bahn) and the subway station Hansaplatz (U-Bahn - Line U9) can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. The newly built central station is only one stop away. It will take you just two stops to go shopping at the famous malls on Kurfürstendamm and Friedrichstraße. The Fair Ground (Messegelände) can be reached easily without stop (S-Bahn): Parking on the property is free of charge. Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bank, dry cleaner, pharmacy, and flower store are just around the corner.

I'm writing this review as we were so impressed with this accommodation. The photographs above are a true reflection of the high standards of the property and cleanliness: great bathroom, balcony and storage, abundant storage, fabulous kitchen appliances. You even get a dishwasher, umbrella and hairdryer thrown in. If you want a short break to see Berlin, it is perfectly located: a short work from both the U-bahn and S-bahn; we went for the Berlin Marathon and the start is in walking distance. The area behind the apartment is beautiful with an idyllic Irish Bar serving great food and drink in the same street. You definitely get value for money with this one!

Eine schöne und ansprechende Einrichtung empfängt den Gast und lässt ihn gleich das Gefühl des Angekommen seins empfinden. Das Ambiente ist schön und das gesamte Appartment ist sehr gepflegt.

Gepflegtes Ambiente in ausgezeichneter Lage

Hier stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis zu einhundert Prozent. Das Appartement ist sehr gepflegt und absolut TOP-ausgestattet. Die Beschreibung des Domizils bei fewo-direkt stimmt voll überein. Der erste Blick auf das Wohnumfeld täuscht. Die Lage in einem 10-stöckigem Hochhaus ist hier völlig unproblematisch. Die Mieter/Eigentümer, die uns begegnet sind, waren alle sehr nett und kontaktfreudig. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr sauber und ruhig. Der Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter und den Ansprechpartnern vor Ort war sehr freundlich und sympathisch, mehr kann man wirklich nicht erwarten. Bemerkenswert auch die sogenannten Kleinigkeiten: Kleinbestand an Mülltüten, Spülmaschinentabs, Kaffeepads, Spülmittel, Salz, Pfeffer....etc. - alles vorhanden, man muss sich am ersten Tag also nicht den Stress antun und einen Großeinkauf starten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt Bolle am Hansaplatz ist sehr zu empfehlen), U-Bahn und S-Bahn in fünf Minuten per pedes zu erreichen. Kleiner Tip bei gutem Wetter: Spaziergang an der Spree entlang (ab S-Bahn-Station Bellevue), vorbei am Schloss Bellevue, der schwangeren Auster, Angies Waschmaschine bis zum Brandenburger Tor.
Wir haben den einwöchigen Aufenthalt -trotz schlechten Wetters- sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir könne uns den anderen Bewertungen absolut anschließen. Tolle Ausstattung, sehr gepflegt und ein wunderschöner Blick über Berlin. Obwohl wir eine Stunde zu früh angereist waren, konnten wir schon in das Appartement. Sowohl der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, als auch die Übergabe waren angenehm und völlig unproblematisch.

Auch die Lage ist sehr zentral, in 2 Minuten ist man an U-oder S-Bahn und auch an der Spree, wo man eine wunderschöne Bootstour machen kann.

Wir kommen wieder !!!

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Appartment. Auch mit dem Auto bestens zu erreichen, allerdings auch super Bahnanbindung.
