This romantic 18th century, apartment bathed by the sun and pleasant cool with air-conditioning in the summer, was completely renovated in 2007. The historical building remains its Pombalino construction for more than two hundred years. The apartment has a big living room, with a lounge room with a sleeping couch, an equipped kitchen, one suite with a private bathroom, an additional bathroom and 3 further bedrooms. All rooms have access to a pleasant veranda where you have a view over the typical streets of Lisbon. The apartment is very good for big groups or families. The localization is very central in the old town of Lisbon in the district 'Baixa', you can walk into any place of the centre of Lisbon or you can choose to take one of the many public transportations of that area and be a nature friend. From there you can reach the beaches by bus our train within 15-30 Minutes.

In the old city centre of Lisbon 'Baixa', near the castle and the chamber of the city, you can find a magnificent place surrounded by the city river 'Tejo' and one of the most beautiful cities that the Atlantic Coast can offer you, Lisbon. A city full of history and epic places to visit, since the time of the Portuguese Discoveries, it is rich in culture and life. Known as the city of the seven hills, you can lost yourself in the typical quarters of Lisbon and eat really good fish in the fantastic Fish-Restaurants in Restauradores square. But, if you want you can also go and take advantage of the good beaches of the Lisbon Coast.   • The prices are for 1 night (for 2 persons). Each additional person costs further 20 €/night. A non-refundable prepayment of 50 % of the total amount is necessary by reservation, the rest amount must be paid before or on the arrival date, and afterwards the keys will be handed out. A cash deposit of 200 € will be held back, for eventual damages during the stay. The amount will be saved from the local responsible and refunded in cash after the final inspection on the departure day.

Very nice, central and spacios apartment. We have enjoyed the apartment, the city and surroundings of Lisbon. Thank you very much to welcome and treat us so good. We have felt like at home.

Casa Richard ( Rua dos Douradores) is a comfortable 4 bedroom apartment in the Baixa section, old town, Lisboa. The apartment was clean and recently been updated with a modern kitchen, bathrooms, windows and doors. It has wonderful views of the neighborhood and is convenient to popular sites and public transportation. Our group consisted of 3 couples in the mid fifties. We were there in mid October for three days and felt safe at this location.The property manager was most helpful, providing us with Lisboa tips and recommendations. The only cautions we had about the apartment were its fourth floor location (without a lift) and its somewhat complicated location in a series of one way streets.
We would recommend these accomodations to other travelers within the context of the above cautions.

...um Lissabon zu erkunden. Alles war vorhanden, manchmal sogar besser als zu Hause ;-) Mit 7 Personen konnte man sehr gut in der Wohnung leben und alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall sehr gerne noch mal wieder kommen! Vielen Dank für Alles.

Ideale Wohnung für eine Familie/Gruppe

Wir haben für fast eine Woche diese Wohnung im Zentrum der Baixa wirklich genossen. Es war alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand, die 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind liebevoll renoviert und dekoriert. Auch in der Küche war wirklich alles Nötige vorhanden, inkl. Wasch- und Geschirrwaschmaschine. Da die Wohnung im 4. Stock (zur Zeit noch ohne Lift) liegt, sollten die Gäste gut Treppen steigen können. Die Hausbewohnerin im 5. Stock hat uns mit ihrer schönen Musik erfreut. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und der Vermieter hat uns viel Wissenswertes erzählt und eine reiche Dokumentation in der Wohnung hinterlegt. Wir fühlten uns wirklich zu Hause, empfehlen die Wohnung weiter und kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder.

wir hatten einenn wunderschoenen aufenthalt in lissabon, dank der schoenen zentralen wohnung und der netten betreung. wir koennen die wohnung an alle generationen weiterempfehlen und wuerden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. vielen dank!
