This one-storey holiday apartment was built in 2005 and till now the owner lived here. That’s why it’s so comfortable and fully equipped, in fact it lacks nothing. It has been lovingly furnished, and furniture, textiles, decor etc. are colour coordinated. A real treasure of comfort. It has a ground surface of approx. 50 m² and a splendid sun terrace of about 25 m². The large living room has cosy seating and TV, radio and CD player. A satellite antenna allows reception of almost all German radio and TV programmes. The bedroom contains a double bed with two comfortable matresses 100 x 200 cm. A baby travel cot is also available on request. The bathroom is spacious and contains a shower bath, WC and wash basin.

In the green, sunny south-west of Tenerife – west of Playa de Las Americas – is the holiday resort of ‘Playa Paraiso’ in Armeñime district. In the last 2 or 3 years luxury holiday houses have been built on the edge of town. It’s a new villa estate with a fantastic view of the deep blue Atlantic and the opposite island of La Gomera. The sea is approx. 400 m away. The tranquil township of Playa Paraíso was one of the first holiday settlements in the south of Tenerife. The modern visitor expects lots of sun and a good infrastructure with lots of things to do. The town is surrounded by green banana plantations and is right beside the sea. The centre of the resort is a shopping street with restaurants and bars, boutiques, pharmacy and lots more.
