Cosy cottage in idyllic location at the edge of a little borgo, ideal for absolute peace, clean air and wonderful views, but this paradise is still only 25 minutes from the Mediterranean’s sandy beaches. So each day you can choose between a walk on the beach, spend the afternoon lounging on the terrace at home or visit the refreshing pool with waterfalls only 10 min away. Casa Carina is a cosy stone cottage in the idyllic small town suburb of Costa with wonderful views of the neighbouring towns of Carpasio and Monte Grande. The town has well-constructed streets and there is parking space in front of the house. On the 2nd floor the house has a bedroom with sunny balcony, bathroom with shower, WC and bidet, a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining room with view of the garden. But the best part is the two terraces in front of and behind the house and the balcony on the first floor.
