Very nice flat

We like the flat it is nicely located, it has 2 terasess: one to the east and one to the west. It good that the area around house is very green the flat itself is also green. The property was clean and fully equiped and not far from the lake ( about 3-5 minutes) by foot and very close to the shop and to the railway. It was very convenient that it was so close to the Konstanz city. We also went to Kreuzlingen ( 10 minutes by car) it has big hafen with wonderful park.The closest place to rent a car we find in St Gallen ( 40 minutes by train).
In the flat it had never been hot even when it was very hot outside.
I would recommend this flat as far as we like the flat and the village very much!

Die Ferienwohnung lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen, durch die 2 Terrassen hat man morgens und abends Sonne. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und top ausgestattet - es wurde an jedes Detail gedacht. Durch die Fussbodenheizung ist die Wohnung sehr warm und mit den gut funktionierenden offenen Kamin sehr gemütlich. Die Wohnung wurde sehr sauber und gepflegt übergeben, alles war gut organisiert. Waschmaschine und Trockner im eigenem Kellerraum macht auch eine längere Mietzeit sehr angenehm. Die vorhandene Katzenklappe erfreute unsere
Katze sehr. Autoabstellplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus und grössere Einkäufe kann man bequem mit dem Lift in die Wohnung bringen. Die nahe Lage zu Kreuzlingen und Konstanz
macht die Ferienwohnung zum idealen Startpunkt für Ausflüge, Schiffsreisen und Zugreisen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das
LAGO-Einkaufzentrum mit Kino und Fitness in Konstanz. Wir freuen uns schon wieder auf den nächsten Urlaub in dieser schönen und erholsamen Wohnung.
