Tolle moderne und gemütliche Einrichtung.
Eindeutiger Vorteil gegenüber anderen Häusern ist der Holz / bzw. Fliesenboden.
Die Elektrogeräte sind wirklich neu, modern und einfach zu bedienen.
Schöner Pool der zum morgentlichen Schwimmen einläd - Ein Muss in Florida. Poolheizung brauchten wir nicht. Pool Spielsachen für die Kleine waren vorhanden
Zentrale Lage zu Einkaufszentren, Malls, Outlets, etc...
Super Strände in etwas weiterer Entfernung - Für US Verhältnisse aber immer noch nah .-) Estero 45 min
Die Abwicklung war unproblematisch, Frank hat uns sogar vor Ort angerufen.
Informationen lagen vor Ort, sogar mit Gutscheinen und Rabatten. Wir haben die Broschüren dann noch ergänzt -> für unsere Nachfolger.
Die deutschsprachige Betreuung vor Ort war klasse und wusste immer Rat - auch als uns am WE während des Grillens das Gas für den Grill ausging. Mit dem Grill wäre man in Deutschland der König.

Urlaub in der Villa sogar verlängert

Das komplett neu renovierte und neu eingerichtete Haus mit seinem modernen aber dennoch gemütlichen Ambiente hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Haus wirkte vor Ort sogar noch größer als auf den Bildern. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgewählt worden. Im ganzen Haus komplett neue Elektrogeräte wie Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd, grosser Flachbildschirm, etc.
Der sehr große Außenbereich mit seinem großen Pool lädt zu gemütlichen Grillabenden (neuer Grill versteht sich von selbst) ein.
Das Haus können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben bei der Ausstattung nichts vermisst.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit ebenso ruhigen und netten Nachbarn, jedoch zentral gelegen für Einkäufe. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto.

Die Abwicklung war völlig unproblematisch mit sehr angenehmem Kontakt. Vorab erhielten wir schon einige interessante Informationen. Die deutschsprachige Betreuung vor Ort war ausgesprochen freundlich und gab uns auch noch einige Tipps.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser schönen Villa mit sehr schön angelegtem, beheiztem Pool so sehr genossen, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt sogar noch um eine Woche verlängert haben. Wir können die Villa Beautiful Day auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
