Located in Meadowbrook Estates, a beautiful, peaceful development, with supermarkets, Restaurants and many stores nearby. The house has apr. l80 sqm, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, small office, large Living and dining area and full service kitchen. Very large poolcage (lscreened area to keep bugs and leaves out) large heated poll (Heat pump and solar heater) and whirlpool, table and chairs for six, 2 lounges behind the house. This area is very private, as tropical foliage prevents any view from the outside. Available are a BBQ, 3 bikes for adults and one for a child. For the beach: l umbrella, 3 beach chairs 1 cool box and snorkels, gargles and fins upon request. For entertainment there are playing cards and games in the house. TV, CD DVD and VHS player with a number of movie video cassettes for adults and children, also CD's with classical music.

Meadowbrook Estates, Lehigh Acres, Central golf coast,apr.30 miles from beach, .Ft. Myers beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and pine island with beautiful white sand-beaches a little more that 1/2 Hour away. Restaurants, supermarkets, all kinds of stores and bowling alley in Lehigh. Miami, Orlando (Disney), Naples, Tampa, Cypres Garden and Florida keys are easily reached by car. 4 Golf courses in Lehigh for Golf enthusiasts. Tennis courts in Lehigh can be used at no charge. There are lots more to do, so you can give me a call or sent e-mail for more specific Info. Boat rides with waterskiing or tubing with my boat can be arranged.

  • Prices are for 4 Persons. For each additional Person $10.-- per day. Electric we read on arrival and departure and charge to your presigned credit card, according to billing from the electric co. If there is no credit card, a security deposit is required. A final cleaning fee of $ 100.-- has to be paid at arrival. In high season from Nov.1 to April 17 the weekly price is $ 700.-- plus charges above .Long term tenants pay less. Please call
  • In High season we discount rent by 15% if booking is within one week of rental begin. Minimum stay 2 weeks. Subject of availability
  • We live here in Florida, not far from the rental house and are available with advice or help You may call US 001 -863 6753298 Oct.1 to May 1 or in the summer 0049-80355949. (we spend the summers in Germany)

I think you would feel very comfortable.in my house.----just ret it.

Notes: a large screen over pool area keeps out bugs, lizards,flies, leafs ect.(poolcage) I guess I forgot to mention, that the house is equipped with an Airconditioner, with is so normal for every hous in Florida that it is easy to forget.
