The new luxury villa (600 m² living space and 1200 m² garden) is located in the residential area of 'Trakata'. The bedrooms all have a sea view. The swimming pool is 10x5m long. The living room is 70 m² with a balcony view of the garden and pool. The bedrooms, the kitchen and all other rooms are modernly furnished. Four of the six bedrooms have patios with a view of the sea.

Wir (eine Freundesgruppe aus Deutschland) bewohnten in der Zeit vom 25.07.-8.8.09 die J&P Villa.Von den Vermietern Jivka und Petar wurden wir herzlich empfangen und vorzüglich betreut. Sie waren uns behilflich bei der Organisation von Ausflügen, besuchten mit uns gute Restaurants, berieten uns bei allen Fragen und sie hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für all unsere Problemen. Sie brachten uns frisches Obst und Gemüse. Höhepunkt war ein gemeinsamer Grillabend, an dem sie uns mit frischem Fisch versorgten und wir interessante Gespräche führten.
Das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Es war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts.
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können diese Villa unbedint weiterempfehlen!!!!!!!!!
