Photos and Description of this Budoni holiday house First occupation 2008, new equipment, 2-4 persons

Belpoggio are 7 identical, newly built semi-detached buildings with a community pool. Two semi-detached buildings always form a house, with left/right part of the house. The pictures have been taken in April 2008, by now it is overgrown and greener! From the covered terrace you have a nice view of the vacant countryside and the sea in a distance of 2 km. The living room with dining table, Sofabed for 2 persons has an exit to the terrace. The kitchen corner with cooker, Fridge/freezer is adjacent to the living room. The bathroom, modern tiles, has a cubicle shower, WC, bidet and washing machine. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed as well as a sofabed in the living room for 2 persons. Outdoor shower, grill and outdoor furniture are available. The houses Belpoggio are situated at the southern outskirts of the town Budoni Tanaunella. Every semi-detached building has its private terrace and good privacy. Belpoggio is also just right for several families as we rent all 7 houses.

The villa Belpoggio is situated in a newly built, small complex in a slight hillside location with community pool at the exit of the village Budoni Tanaunella and far view over the sea which is located in a distance of 2 km. Budoni Tanaunella is a small town with shopping facilities and restaurants, within a distance of few a minutes other villages can be reached liked Budoni, Porto Ottiolu or S. Teodoro, as well as some of the prettiest beaches of this region.
