You holiday home has a separate entrance and a separate part of the large garden. From there you will enjoy a marvellous view on Lake Maggiore. It is this, why the apartment is frequented by guests so well. In a quiet position but only less than 10 minutes from Verbania with its nice shoppingareas, cafes etc.

Nearest Airport: Milan at 105 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Verbania at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1500 Metres
Intra is one of the more exclusive 'Frazzioni' of Verbania. The lively city results of the reunion of the former Intra and Palanza. Palanza, known for its famous Villas and 'Hotels di Epoca' has remained being a fashionable place up to nowadays, Verbania offers all the infrastructure you would be looking for in an Italian 'Lake City': shopping, a variety of restaurants on all levels: high quality 'Cuisine Italiana' (of course this has its price) to small 'Trattorias' and 'Pizzerias' that offer decent Italian food also for the small budget. Cultural wise Verbania has lots to offer as well: famous for the public parks of former aristocratic Villas to Museums, very worthwhile seeing. You will enjoy the walk along the shores of lake in the evenings, watching people, having a drink before the day comes to an end.

Wir verbrachten mit zwei Familien eine herrliche Woche in diesem Feriendomizil. Es gibt dort ein zweites Objekt, so daß wir, jede Familie getrennt und für sich, doch gemeinsam Urlaub machen konnten.
Der Garten ist gerade für die Kinder ein Traum gewesen. Die nette Vermieterin hat uns ein aufblasbares, kleines Schwimmbad gestellt. (Das ist aber wohl nicht immer zur Verfügung).
Die Räume bei uns waren neu renoviert. Unsere Freunde hatten eine Waschmaschine, die wir uns dann teilten. Dafür gab es bei uns eine Spülmaschine.
Die Einrichtung ist OK.
Uns gefiel natürlich, daß der Mietpreis erschwinglich war. Weil wir mit zwei Familien kamen, erhielten wir ein Skonto.
Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen

Mit meinen Kindern (3) verbrachten wir einen wirklich ruhigen Urlaub. Die Terrasse und der Blick auf den See sind traumhaft. Nicht ganz nah an Verbania. Die Einrichtung war teilweise neu (eher selten in dieser Preisklasse). Die Vermieter einfach Spitze. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder. Besten Dank
